Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres. 1 acre is a field, and the other is a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places, so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! We have 10 dogs of our own who LOVE to play in the pond, so we make sure it is as safe as we can. There are no Gators, Snappers, or Blue/Green Algae! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. By far the best sniffspot ever I can't say enough about the yard and the owner providing the service. She has complimentary treats for first time visits, plenty of safe space for dogs to play. She even gave my kids baseball bat and ball also Frisbee to throw with the dogs. Such a great experience for a great value. I will make this a once a week thing for 2hrs. We had a great time! Anne Marie was so kind and prepared. Location is great! The only thing is that there are neighbor dogs visible to your dogs - so not ideal for our reactive dog. But it won’t stop us from coming back in the future :)

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
