It was a GREAT first experience for our first time trying out Sniffspot. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access. The yard is beautiful and a good size. We had a nice shaded area to sit with plenty of room to throw the frisbee. A little kiddy pool with the hose was readily available, which was perfect because our fluffy pup was hot in the nice weather today.

We actually had to cancel to transport from the dog warden to a foster instead of being able to take our dogs to this location. But she was extremely kind and we will for sure book this again and attend!

10/10! Amazing large space. Fence is great. Access to water and shade. I would literally change nothing about it. Was a great date night for myself and my husband honestly. No pressure to "do" anything and the girls - our youngest dog and foster dog had the time of their lives. Highly Highly recommend. Grass was well kept - entire area was. Very few bugs. One of our new favorites.

This was a great experience for my first time using SniffSpot. It was fun meeting Michelle and Roman. Unfortunately the weather interfered with our being able to use the entire reserved time, but I definitely will return. The yard is clean, securely fenced, and large. Michelle communicates quickly and efficiently. Poppy enjoyed her time!

This Sniffspot location is AWESOME!! Our dogs LOVED it, and we did, too! The host gave great communication and had perfect amenities: water bowl with water hose, a ton of dog toys, and plenty of seating areas for us humans!! Very big fenced in yard, super clean and great atmosphere!! Neighbor dog (right side if facing away from host house) did make an appearance but didn't cause any issues at all! This location is about 30 mins away, so may not be our all the time go to place, but we will make the trip regularly!! Thanks for an awesome experience! Side note: We have a 16 pound Dachshund escape artist who was unable to find any gaps in fencing. Fencing was great and you could tell they have reinforced possible weak areas.

The backyard was big. Lots of running for your dog if he chooses to. Mine did not. Nice patio and chairs. Doggie pool amd toys are available. Will definitely be back!

Almost had a panic attack when our usual place closed for the winter…but then we found this place! It’s a surprisingly private yard for the subdivision it’s in, and Michelle was great with communication and even came out to rescue the frisbee my husband accidentally threw onto the upper deck 🤦🏼‍♀️🙏🏼 Very clean and pretty quiet. One of the neighbors’ dogs came and stood by the fence for a little while but didn’t bark, so our dog quickly lost interest. We had a wonderful time playing frisbee and just relaxing, enjoying one of the last days of beautiful weather for the season. Thank you, Michelle! We will be back!

This was our first time visiting and my dog, Casey, loved it! It is very spacious and the fence is secure. Casey refused to get into my car when it was time to leave! There was a lot of barking that could be heard (not seen) and even a rooster (I think- I haven’t studied my farm animals recently lol! Not seen either) but my dog is very high strung and if he could get over it, other dogs should have no problem. We will be back!

The Kip 5 acre property was a dream come true for my Lab mixed dog. He ran the entire time on the flat and well groomed property. A clean and beautiful lake is located there. I highly recommend this Sniffspot… it is part of paradise.
