If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Beautiful dog oasis conveniently located in Bryan. Your pups will enjoy a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for running and playing. Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

Great 2 acres to let your dogs run and play. We have a huge pond for them to swim in and we also have kiddie pools with fresh water and sprinklers for the to run through. Plenty of land to play fetch or lounge under the huge shade trees.

Rummy's has been around since 2009 and is a private dog park with a private do pool on an acre of land and when you come here you have the whole place to yourself. We are a dog loving family that would love to share our backyard and pool with other fur babies to enjoy! 

1 18f pool with dog friendly steps. Water trough for drinking or bathing. Chairs, hammock. Fire pit. 2 plum trees, a pomegranate tree and a small garden. Feel free to pick fruit if you see it. My dogs can be inside or come out and play. They are very friendly.

Private 8.5 acres ranch with walkable trails and pool for a quick cool off.
