Owners are legally and financially responsible for their dogs and injuries or damage caused by their dogs. 3. All dogs must have been vaccinated prior to using the off-leash area. Dogs known to carry any disease or parasite transmittable to other dogs or humans are not permitted. 4. All dogs must be spayed or neutered. 5. Dog feces (and/or dog waste) must be picked up and disposed of properly by owners immediately. 6. Puppies under four months of age are not permitted. 7. All dogs must be on a leash until inside the fenced area. 8. No dogs over 20 lbs. in the small dog park fenced area. 9. Dog owners must carry a leash at all times, closely supervise their dogs and at no time may theowner leave the fenced area without his/her dog. 10. Limit of three (3) dogs per person in the off-leash area. 11. Gates must remain closed except when entering and exiting the off-leash area. 12. Dogs must be under visual and voice control at all times. Excessive barking or uncontrollable dogs must be removed immediately. 13. No climbing on or over the fenced area. 18. No smoking or tobacco use is allowed in the park. 19. No food items are allowed within the off-leash area. 20. Animals other than dogs are not permitted. 21. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or blades, or any motorized vehicles or devices are not permitted. 22. The word “Owner” applies to the adult person accompanying the dog(s). 23. Hours of usage are from sunrise to sunset. 24. All dog owners who fail to comply with the above rules may be asked to leave the dog park and their privileges revoked. 25. Owners must otherwise comply with all rules governing the park and relevant parking regulations. 26. Use of the off-leash area by any dog constitutes implied consent of the dog’s owner to all of the conditions stated in this section and constitutes a waiver of liability to the City of Washington and an agreement and undertaking to protect, indemnify, defend and hold the C ity of Washington harmless from any claims, suits or other actions caused by the conduct of a dog owner or their dog.

Rental of the pavilion does not include exclusive use of the restrooms, playgrounds, and/or park grounds nor does it give the Lessee or guest special privileges in any other part of the park. d. The use of amusement rides, inflatables, games, booths, tents, portable barbeque pits, bands, DJ’s, and erection of tents, etc. are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by the City of Warrenton. Use of such equipment may require special permits. e. The pavilion may not be used for the operation of camps, day care, classes, or any other business activity, unless specifically approved in writing by the City of Warrenton. f. No open parties or events are allowed. No admission or other fees may be collected on premises. g. If bringing in outside (catered) food and beverages, the Lessee must make proper arrangements to have them delivered, unloaded, loaded and removed from the site during the said rental period. All items MUST be removed from the premises prior to the end of the rental time. h. Food and drink are allowed, however, no glass bottles or containers are allowed in parks. i. Lessee is held responsible for all clean up/take down and all damages to the pavilion and/or park during the scheduled rental, resulting from their usage. j. At no time shall furniture or fixtures be removed from under the pavilion. k. No decorations or materials shall be nailed, tacked, or screwed to any part of the pavilion. The Lessee is responsible for taking down all decorations and removing all tape. l. Confetti type materials are strictly prohibited at pavilions and in parks. m. Fireworks or other explosive devices are strictly prohibited at pavilions and in parks.

The off-leash dog area is for dogs, their handlers and those accompanying them. No other use is allowed, except with prior authorization. All dogs must be properly licensed and vaccinated, and shall wear a visible Ferguson Dog Park license. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting the off-leash dog area. Dog leash must remain readily accessible to dog handler at all times. Handler is limited to a maximum of three dogs. Handlers must remove and properly dispose of dog waste and fill any holes dug by dogs under their control. Dogs must be removed from the off-leash dog area at the first sign of aggression. Handlers must be in the fenced area with their dogs at all times. Dogs must be under vocal control of their dog handler. Handlers are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the dog(s) under their control. Handlers must be 16 years of age or older. Children less than 8 years of age are not allowed in the off-leash dog area. The following are prohibited inside the dog park: Dogs under 4 months of age. Female dogs in heat. All food items, including dog treats. Spiked dog collars. Water Tower Dog Park

Hours of operation: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Daily (Normal Compton Hill Reservoir Park hours) Owner are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused by them. No vicious dogs allowed. All fights between dogs must be attended to by dogs’ owners / handlers. Owners / handlers must be inside the fenced area of the Dog Park at all times while their dogs are in the off leash area. Dogs are not to be left in the Dog Park unattended. Leash laws apply outside the fenced area of the Dog Park. Children under 8 are not allowed in the fenced area of the Dog Park unless accompanied by a responsible, legal adult. Dogs must have proof of rabies vaccination or approved titers from a licensed veterinarian. Gates must remain closed except when entering or exiting the off leash or catch pin areas. No choke, pinch or spike collars allowed in the park area. Dogs must wear leather or smooth cloth collars and display Dog Park identification tag when visiting the Dog Park off-leash areas. Limit 3 dogs per owner / handler at any time in the Dog Park. Owners / handlers are responsible for picking up their dogs’ POOP. Place all waste and trash in designated receptacles. This rule is for the off leash areas as well as the on leash areas too (i.e., the rest of Compton Hill Reservoir Park). Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations for the Dog Park will result in immediate termination of all use privileges related to the Dog Park (without any refund of annual fees paid)
