Welcome to our farm retreat minutes away from historic Gettysburg! Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, adjacent to Oakside community park, offers a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. We value our guests privacy if we are home we will be inside and out of your way. If home we will also make sure to provide fresh water for your pup ahead of time! We provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Delicious farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase under extras. As new hosts, our hope is your experience at our Sniffspot is enjoyable and stress free. We always try to keep the pastures as clean as can be for each guest, please clean up after your pets so we can maintain a clean spot for all. Your feedback is valuable to us, so please feel free to share any suggestions or ideas you may have.

Dogs can be securely separated from having access to farm animals. Half acre of farmette just waiting for your dog to run and play! All day sunshine and fresh grass. Your pet will be able to interact with cows and observe chickens. Enjoy the fresh look of homestead gardens as well! Extras available for selection at check out. We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.

1/2 acres fully fenced in for your dogs to enjoy! There is a play set for kids, tons of space to run and play, and plenty of seating under the deck with outdoor fans to cool off in the summer. See if you can spot our dog, Morgan, in the listing photos!

Newly fenced field with shade canopies adjacent to Greensburg Bed & Biscuit. You may see dogs who are boarding or training as they pass by the field. Please put used poop bags in the trash can on the kennel porch. Please bring your own water as there is not currently water available.

Private, fully fenced back yard with 6’ privacy fencing on the sides and chainlink across the rear, facing into the woods. Your best friend can chase some balls, lap some water, & work out those zoomies in peace.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! Welcome to beautiful suburban Frederick! Minutes from downtown, we have tried our best to offer you a top-notch experience. We are dog owners ourselves and hope that all the things we have waiting for you will be engaging and relaxing.

It’s still being improved, nice yard to relax or play… I request just a hour for each client…

We are currently getting some work done, fixing up the grass and flower beds, so please don't mind the little bit of mess! It's a great spot to play:)
