There are 15 acres of native prairie grasses and plants. There are a few trees and rolling hills. There is approximately 1.5 miles of mowed trails that loop and connect, creating several options for new routes for each visit. There is also an outhouse available if needed. However, it is within our normally private area, so dogs must be on leashes and there are hooks for leashes while in use.

Now my description: Opportunity Woods offers 5+ acres of hilly woods and long grass meadow surrounded by a secure 6 foot fence. Several benches are placed along the rustic trails, but of course, there is no need to stay on a trail! A water bowl can be found and filled from the human-potable water hydrant, where you will also find a wading pool for dog and human use in summer. There is a roofed picnic/shade shelter just up the hill from the hydrant. Take in the serene view of the surrounding area, and get a Birdseye view of Opportunity Farm, where sheep graze the nearby paddocks. Wire-wheel tables and chairs are available for relaxing, hanging out with your dog or having a picnic. Have your dog invite their friends to join in the fun, or have a private play date just with you!

We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…

The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

** We are open and accepting bookings on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Years Day. ** 23 acres enclosed with 4' high woven wire fence, a mix of open field and heavy woods, sometimes turkey, grouse, gophers, and bunnies, lots of "sniff therapy"! Private entrance is shaded with easy access right onto the wooded trails! The portapotty and dog rinse station are located in the parking area. We have bug sprays and poop bags at the entrance and the far end of the field for you to use if needed. Special visitation hours or larger groups may be available under prior arrangement. Shoot us a message, and we can usually make larger groups or people traveling to/from dog competitions happen! For those traveling, we might also be able to accommodate visits outside of our normal hours. ***now that we have freezing temps at night, we are not leaving water out in the field.***

We offer a wrap around yard with beautiful views of Magnor Lake in rural Clayton Wisconsin. Here you will find an outdoor kennel, wooded area, garden, play area for little humans, hammocks & swings, and lots of room for your pup to run and play. Look around and you'll soon see the trees come alive with many beautiful birds. A short drive down the street will give you access to a free public beach if your dog likes water.

We put our fence up in September of 2024 for our doggie, Zara, and hope that other’s can enjoy a private yard as much as we do!

Hello all! We are located on 40 acres. 7 acres is open space with fields, trails, and even some animals to sniff! (Chickens, goats, and horses) the back 30 is swampy woods. Fun for pups but not so fun for their owners. Keep a watchful eye! There is a mud puddle, not big enough for big dog swimming but definitely extremely fun to splash in! Lots of hills and long open stretches to get those legs moving. We’re happy to have you and hope your pups have a blast!

Our fully fenced in yard with air-conditioned dog accessible garage is a dog's dream. The cooled indoor area allows the pups to beat the heat and then room to run allows for ample space for fetch, wrestling, and general training. My gental giant Lemmy is back there most of the day. He plays real well, especially with puppies. Our offer is two-fold. If you need to run an errand the dogs can play back there in a safe and confined space. It's a space for you or it's a dog park with gaurneteed no aggressive and unruly dogs. Lem is a sweetheart with a bunch of energy and his master (me) is an accomplished german shepherd trainer. If you just need a space for your pup for a couple hours and don't want to keep them cooped up inside this is for you! If you just want the space to spend alone off-leash time with your pup that works too! Enjoy the treats, poop bags, carrots, kongs, toys, and fresh air at your convince.

What better way to spend an afternoon down on the farm? What fun smells for your pup to smell just like in secret life of pets 2!

This place has a pond to swim and fields to walk in or play fetch in. There is a fenced in area as well . A water hose for fresh water. Also, just so you’re aware I do board dogs out of this facility, but their doors will be closed at the time a sniffspot guest does their visit. and you could hear some barking. Otherwise enjoy! My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do on stay on top of picking my dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one so I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months I have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck • There is a hose you are welcomed to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for any garbage and 💩 bags in the rocks by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit I will leave a towel out also.

Do you need to get away and have a private place to play/train your dog? I have the perfect tranquil environment to enjoy with your dog. I would like to share my yard with you. The money raised will go to add more fencing, and equipment to improve the space for dogs. (Please no constant barking while your visiting).
