We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood in Allison Park/McCandless. Near McIntyre Square/Passavant/McCandless Crossing. ****NOTE: There is a large downed branch in the driveway from the storm. Please park on the street and use the gate on the far side of the house. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Get out of the sun under our deck or the many tall trees bordering the yard. There is a water jug under the deck filled with tap water. I don't provide a bowl for sanitary reasons, but you can bring your own, or in a pinch, use a poop bag! Poop bags by the water jug, and also on the gate by the driveway. Dog waste and other trash may be discarded in the white trash can under the deck or in the large black trash can marked "Trash Only" outside the driveway gate. Under the deck, there is a bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs. If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs! Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around in the huge deck is also popular! Basic table and chairs for your convenience in the yard and on the deck. Note: The large deck has two bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is NOT toxic to dogs. The bird feeders are out of reach of most dogs. Please keep your dog leashed until you are in the backyard. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

East Park Dog Park is located at 259 E Jefferson St in Jefferson, Ohio. The park features a fully fenced enclosure and is small dog friendly. Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

This very private area has a natural dip from the main road that protects puppers from wandering into unknown territory. Two fields of 4 acres each are available for the sniff spot; one field has 7 baby apple trees and the other has a very large, flat area for the dogs to run. Feel free to park in the main house driveway and walk your dogs across the street to enjoy our little haven from city life. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since deer and groundhogs often walk through the fields in the early morning and evening. Please bring your own water for the dogs, though a hose is available in the main house driveway as well. I hope you enjoy!

This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. I’m new to this… I currently only have a few toys in the backyard and can offer him balls with water for the dogs and bottles of water for the humans (lol) my plan is to add more to the backyard in the future as far as toys, and maybe even obstacles for the dogs to play

Small yard, ideal for small dogs to run and play! Photos limited as it's still too cold and the spring set up is still happening. Feel free to pack a cooler and bring lunch with you as you have access to the propane grill and picnic table with umbrella. The patio is lined with misters to beat the heat on those hot summer days! I will be getting a kiddie pool as well, once the weather breaks. Planning on an evening visit? I also have a propane fire pit for use, make s'mores, keep your hands warm, or just for ambiance! Please let me know in reservation if you'd like to use it so I can set it up safely for you! Host your small dogs birthday and we will set up an outdoor movie screen and you and your fur kids and all their friends can have a great night at the movies! Ice is available if I'm home. I keep the grass shorter in the field but would recommend boots. There are a couple access areas to get to the creek if your dog loves water. Parking by barn and you can have access below barn and cross creek to back field. Say “hi” to the goats if you want just don’t let your pups bark at them and scare them please.
