I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. This property is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully maintained. There are two large fenced in areas in the front area and a couple connected fenced in areas in the back (wooded area with a huge grassy area). It was so quiet and peaceful. The host was really nice and offered a quick tour of the property. They also provided a dog first aid kit, snacks, toys, water, bowl and towel which I thought was really sweet. The fencing was very secure. Initially I used a long line with my 38lb Shiba Inu (breed is notorious of being flight risks) but after a little bit I left him to drag his line around, frolicking through literal pastures. There were tons of things to sniff, fallen logs to climb and a dreamy amount of room to run. There were no other animals on the property that we saw or heard. Though I think there will be eventually (horses, goats). My only suggestion would be to have sniffspot signs, but since this listing is so new, they probably just haven’t received them yet. We definitely will be back, even with it being an hr away.

Our dog had the absolute best time. There were multiple areas that we could explore, all safely fenced in. The hosts were great, they gave us a tour and also left a selection of toys for our dog to play with. The back area of the Sniffspot had tons of trees to wonder around, our dog truly loved every minute of being there. We will definitely be coming here often.

This spot was so much fun! The land is incredible to walk. Fully fenced. It was like we had our own private woods to walk and even a designated spot to throw balls! The host is unbelievably generous for sharing such a slice of heaven! We can't wait to go back and explore for more sniffs.

As a frequent flyer of sniff spots, this is hands down one of my favorites. There is so much room to run with so many things for my dog to do. There is a wooded section so my pup could explore the woods, space for her to zoomie all over the fields, goats to watch through a fence, and different fenced in areas to explore. I am always worried about my dog escaping when I go to new spaces but this space is fully fenced and I didn’t have to worry about her getting out. The hosts were AMAZING at communicating with questions I had before booking and were very nice with a tour of the property when we got there to help us find the spaces we could roam. I 100% will be back again and am so thankful for Victoria and her family sharing such a safe and peaceful space with my dog who deserves the world.

Just dropped by Victoria’s Sniffspot with my two ‘grand pups’ and wow, what a spot! And it’s NOT in someone’s neighborhood backyard!! Let me tell you, Victoria is something else – she knows her stuff when it comes to dogs. She’s been at it for over 20 years, and even shared her experience training her own service dogs. The fact that she’s right here in Delaware is so convenient! I don’t have to trek over an hour to PA anymore with gas prices the way they are, and dealing with taxes. Being able to stay in my TAX-free state and within my own zip code is a blessing that I actually booked the next three days here because I can only book in 30-min slots. Honestly, I hope this place stays a hidden gem. I know that’s selfish but I like having the availability and would hate to deal with the nightmare I was given my work schedule. Victoria, even if your spot grows, I hope you know how much you touched my heart seeing my grand pups run around.
