Each owner may bring in up to three (3) dogs at any one time. Minors under the age of 13 without a parent or guardian. No puppies under the age of four (4) months. General Rules and Regulations You are responsible for the actions of your dog(s). Use of this park is at your and your pet’s own risk. All dogs must be current on vaccinations, including rabies, and must be wearing a current dog tag. Dogs must be spayed or neutered (reduces dog altercations). The dog owner is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all dog waste. All dogs must remain leashed in the parking lot, walking trail and event plaza. The dog owner shall maintain control of his/her dog(s) at all times. The single owner dog run is for use by a single owner or custodian. Please limit use of the single owner run to 30 minutes if other users are present and waiting. Dogs may not be left unattended. The dog owner or custodian will be responsible for any and all damages or injuries caused by his/her dog(s) to the park without limitations and not limited to infrastructure, fencing, turf, plantings and irrigation.

Park hours: open daily from 7 am to 8 pm except on Thursdays. The park will be closed on Thursdays from 7 am to 1 pm for weekly turf maintenance

Private swimming pool for your dog! Swimming is great exercise for your fur baby! I am dedicating my pool to the fur babies only. Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs message me, I need 15 mins in between bookings but the app only schedules on the 1/2 hr. My own lovies have an updated yard far from the SniffSpot area and I even have cameras on them 24/7 for your safety and security. Your visits will continue to be safe and secure, which is our top priority. They unintentionally met two visitors back in December, but I found their escape route and updated their fencing. Please continue to visit!! We love having you. **UPDATE 12/29/24** This SniffSpot will be open and available for bookings again beginning 1/1/25!! Thank you for your patience as we block off a few days to update the resident dogs enclosure. They have been unexpected greeters for a couple of guests and our top priority is safety. I will not reopen until I know it's secure. Thank you again!!! We very much value and enjoy your visits and have lots of fun upgrades to look forward to!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! 🌼 Welcome to The Doggy Zen Garden! 🌼 Our backyard is perfect for your pups' oasis getaway! There is ample, non-permitted parking alongside the house. There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Return outdoor furniture to its original place with the covers on. Towards the evening, you can sit around and enjoy the built-in fire pit. There is an electrical outlet on the side of the fire pit. Please let us know in advance if you decide to use this specific feature. We may or may not be home on the weekends. So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. I have a small/medium full concrete patio I’d like to share with others. It is fully enclosed with a pergola, table with 6 chairs, 1 lounge chair, dog toys, snacks and a kiddie pool for when it’s hot. Perfect for a small dog or not too active large dog.
