Alyce’s place is totally awesome! We loved it and so did our two babies!!! And we’re coming back! It was extremely accommodating for us and our elder babies! We had two large water bowls, three enclosed grassy areas (one with trees and plenty of shade), and a beautiful pool! The pool was in pristine condition with very clean and nice outdoor furniture and a large weighted umbrella for shade! There were several pool balls and floats for the adults too! A pool house gives bathroom access! The grass in the enclosed areas is gorgeous and there is a large deck from the shaded area to the pool! The mountain views just could not be beat either!!! Cannot say enough good things about Alyce’s place and her awesome people skills and communications with us! Thank you so much Alyce!

We really enjoyed a place to let our lab run leash-free AND play in the water! Super easy to book and find and was a fun trip for us all (2 dogs & daughter). I know we weren’t even able to explore 1/4 of the property, and the river had recently been very high, so quite a bit of debris. In all, we loved it and will be back to explore some more!
