Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. **UPDATE 3/12/25** We have dug out a new, more gentle pathway into the SniffSpot!! Check out the new photos! They're in the dark because we just finished and I couldn't be more excited to share the news and could not wait until morning. This is thanks to a visitor who suggested a handrail! Which will be added to the pathway soon! You may have noticed... We've added some more tire fun and rearranged the tree stumps... see how many puppy feet you can find!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Fully fenced 1/2 acre of land for dogs to run and play!

I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. You can plan your pups birthday party here as well.

The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! No children under 18 without prior approval NO DOOR DASH deliveries please... Unless approved prior. 2 humans per dog(s) in a family. Yes, you can swim with your dog! Discounts for more than 4 dogs. Message me prior to booking. There is a bathroom and shower area. Please brush your pups before coming over and, if doable, rinse them in hose or shower before swimming. ( helps us keep pool cleaner) Skim pool ( just one time around)when done and pick up poop please! We now offer a dryer fan to dry your dogs before you go. Pool Temperature is currently around 72. Jacuzzi available ( message for pricing and details) Currently limiting to 2 hour visits, but can extend times with prior approval.

This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

Country and forest life, rolled into one! Located in Wildwood Canyon, near Wildwood Canyon State Park with beautiful large Ancient Black Oak Trees that tower over our spot for natural shade. We have been Sniffspot hosts for over a year and have even been featured in Sniffspot promotional videos for unique host properties and experiences, along with being a top spot. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Private swimming pool for your dog! Swimming is great exercise for your fur baby! I am dedicating my pool to the fur babies only. Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs message me, I need 15 mins in between bookings but the app only schedules on the 1/2 hr. If you book a time I may need to ask you to move it up or delay the time by 15 mins. I will message you after you book to let you know, please be on the look out for a message from me. This is a private residence with a separate entrance for back area. Parking available with lots of running, throwing, frisbee room. Will set up amenities listed and needed for the rented allotted time spot. We are a pet friendly household but will be sure all animals are placed up when property is rented.

Welcome to RanchDog Ranch! We have almost 5 acres total to explore. 3+ acres are free to run and chase and play. We have horses on site and if your dog gets along with them we can introduce them or we can make sure the horses are safely tucked away during your adventure. Plenty of parking, places for humans to sit and relax, shade or sun spots galore.

The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. With 2 sides of the fence, standing 6 feet tall, while the other two sides are fenced at 4 & 5 feet in height. This ensures that your dog can freely enjoy their playtime while staying safely contained. As you enjoy the serene surroundings, you might hear chickens, roosters and goats in the distance and catch glimpses of squirrels and hawks. And if you're lucky, maybe even a curious gopher or two. Nature truly thrives here! When you arrive, simply park horizontally next to the fence and enter through our black metal door, which will be open for your convenience. Doggy bags are available for your use, ensuring a clean and enjoyable experience for everyone. We also offer Homemade bug repellent. Feel free to use it, be aware that some of the ingredients may cause irritation/allergy. Ingredients: Rosemary, lavender and citronella grown in our property, lavender and citrus oil, cloves, water, alcohol, organic soap. Please be aware that a lot of ground squirrels live on the property, so there may be some holes, please dress appropriately when you visit (no heels recommended). We also kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 5 feet from our neighbor's fence, located at the top end of the property. Our neighbor values their privacy greatly, and we aim to ensure a harmonious environment for everyone.
