A private hiking trail for dogs and their owners 🐾 there will not be any other dogs out on the trail. Our trail is located in Bolton (Waterbury address). It’s is approximately 1 mile up the mountain. There is a Brook that follows the trail most of the way up. The trail starts out with a nice mowed path and leads you into a beautiful canopy of trees as you head into the woods and it quickly turns into a steep uphill hike. We have 135 acres for you to adventure on ! Please follow the signs for the trail head parking - go all the way past the house and you will see a sign on your right.

Our Sniffspot is a safe, private place to exercise or train with your dog, or simply let them experience a new place and get a ton of good sniffing in!  The yard is fully fenced with 6' high solid wood panels. There are trees for shade, rocks and obstacles to climb on, toys to play with, and some agility equipment. We also plan to open up our short trail in the woods soon!  *NOTE: We have dogs of our own inside the house and sometimes boarding dogs in the business building. They won't be visible from the Sniffspot yard or outside at all while you're there, but occasionally they may bark and can be heard from in the yard. But we try our best to minimize any barking.  There is a buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of parasites. Please make sure your dog is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You must pick up your dog's waste – there is a scooper and trash can for disposal. Questions? Repurposing our field fenced area, roughly an acre sized lot. We enjoy pups, having a pair of our own, they will be kept inside during your visit. The backyard of my home is fenced and private; not visible from the road. A great spot to let your reactive dog get the zoomies out or chase a ball. Now that it is getting dark early, I wanted to add that there is limited lighting in the backyard, so you may want to bring a flashlight if you are coming in the evening.

Visit a history rich upcoming farm located 9 minutes from I-89. This back country road boasts excellent recreation opportunities! Walk, bike or xc ski alongside the Bolton Mountain Range spring fed Mill Brook and enjoy the 360 views on the 4 acres of our farm’s lower field. Ever wonder how a farmer in the 1800’s would think to observe snow more closely?! Even if you are not someone who enjoys the cold, the forms of frozen water that we get here in the snow belt are unable to be described. My favorite season is summer but even the fall foliage doesn’t shake a stick at what it’s like to wake up to everything crystallized in our valley. It is mesmerizing. That being said, scheduling during winter months, the early mornings are worth viewing!! Stand in the same fields Wilson A. Bentley shepherded & researched. There is no doubt why this spot in the world sparks us to observe and appreciate more deeply.

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Welcome to our little off grid farm in Grafton NH! We have 4 dogs who will be in the house during your visit... but that means all the smells. ;) We have goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, ducks! We require your dog to be on leash and handled by an adult once out of your vehicle for everyone's safety. Explore the farm, the brooks, the trails, the woods... we are happy to show you around!

Our Sniffspot is part of the Mountainside Mutts training facility. We have a fully fenced-in yard for your pup's safety and various obstacles for your dog to enjoy. There are seating areas so you can relax and watch Fido play from the shade.

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

One spot has a nice clearing perfect for frisbee, doggie zooms and other games, lot also includes plenty of exploring. The 2nd lot has more of a light hike feel to it with a slight incline on heavy wooded lot area. Wonderful opportunity to allow dogs with good recall to be off-leash. Great exercise for you and your friend. For a small deposit we offer use of glow-jacket (up to lab size) frisbees, tennis balls. Free poop bags and water. Being in the animal rescue business for over 20 years we welcome your friend. *Please note, only dogs would good recall are allowed off leash. We do have 30-5-' leashes for those pups that don't recall.

We are still open for the 2024 season! I have an amazing spacious fully fenced in back yard with a reinforced raised deck that will be perfect for your dog! It is full fenced and has an entrance located on the left hand side for easy access in and out! Your dog will have a great time running in the grass or hanging out in the shade under the deck! Parking is right out front in my driveway. Located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood in Essex Junction.

Quiet 3 acres with private driveway for parking. Bordered by a lush treeline, your pup will enjoy the freedom of a large open field. About 20 minutes from Lebanon and Dartmouth. There's an option to clip your dog to a 85 ft tie out lead to for safety. Tall grass and muddy spots may be present, so proceed with caution. Private structures are off limits, however enjoy the secluded floating deck and stream just a short walk from behind the shed in the back. Water is free flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Explore the wooded area and experience a slice of peaceful New England!

Beautiful area of 8+ acres with beautiful Mountain View. Trail cut out for walking and very private. Also offering space for overnight tent camping with your four legged friend. Enjoy picking fresh raspberries in July/august and fresh apples off of our many apple trees in the fall.
