Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. We love pups of all shapes and sizes. We understand how important it is to give your pup time to roam, sniff, run, chase a ball, run after a squirrel, and watch the birds! Come and hang out in our fenced in yard, and we are very close to Mayo Clinic, if you are staying in a hotel nearby and need to run off the zoomies.

I have a fully fenced in yard with two separate access points - one at the top by the garage and one at the bottom off the walking trail. It’s right on a walking trail which backs to a nature preserve and is between Anne Lake and a smaller runoff pond. There’s a small sandbox for kids to play in (please cover it and leave the toys there when you’re done!) The yard has a little incline to it and used to wear my big dog out when he would run up and down after a while! On and off street parking available - if parking in the driveway please pull all the way onto the RV pad. A trash bin is up there for BAGGED pet waste. In the warmer months the hose is outside and the deck provides a nice sun cover. In the winter the house can provide some wind cover, and with no trees in the yard you get full sun exposure to warm you up!

Fully fenced in back yard. Gate access through one of three gates. Parking is on street in front of the home. We have a hill with a retaining wall that has stairs for extra running and jump play. Access to backyard will be through gate on the left side of the home. Back gate leads to main road.

Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

Nestled in a private 5ft fully fenced backyard, conveniently located steps away from the Mayo Clinic. We aim to provide a safe, relaxing, and fun experience for all. Reactive dogs, welcome. A great deal goes into elevating your doggo's emotional, physical, and mental well being. Guests enjoy special sensory nooks like sniffington alley, a splash pool in the warmer months, designated digging zone, a shaded lounge area to cool off on an elevated dog bed, complete with clean towels and a grooming kit. Custom made slat mill coming soon! Extras like self-serve wash stations, special events like "gotcha day" anniversaries, birthday parties, photoshoots, or puppy playdates can be arranged within a day’s notice :)

We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! We wash all toys and water dishes and disinfect human-handled surfaces and seating between each visit. This L-shaped yard has both shade and sun with a longer area for running or chasing a ball. Water and electricity are available on the premises. Plenty of places to sit. Play area for smaller kids. There is an older dog on premises but will be inside at the time of visit.
