Our little cottage in Hyattsville Hills has a lovely big backyard and we would love to share it with you. My dog Ruby loves doing laps around the shed, looking at the deer in the back, wooded area and chasing squirrels of course. There are benches and chairs for you to relax while your pup has fun and there are usually some balls and toys hanging around for you to play with

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. 600 sq ft indoor space on the 3rd floor above the Doggy Style Store in the heart of Dupont Circle. Space has a dog-friendly rubber floor, and some agility equipment for the dogs to use. It is a private space with a double door entrance. Want to throw a doggy birthday party? Set up a play date with your dog's friends? Do some training in a controlled environment? Doggy Style's Ball Room is the space for you. Add-ons are available to help you customize the space for your needs. Please note: This space is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only. No children under 12 years old allowed in the space. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you'r dogs is not that comfortable to see other dogs (which i'm never sure if it'll happen, it depends if the neighbor bring out their dog at their yard) then this is something to take note for. THE DOOR FOR THE YARD WHICH IS THE FENCE GATE NEEDS TO BE SURED LOCK. means you need to make sure to check that the lock was hook so we can avoid incidents of the dog getting away. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

There is some information for you. 1a- We have a parking spot for one car at the driveway (or also park on the street in front of the house). Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were.
