I live in a neighborhood. Everybody around is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. Wonderful walking areas including 2 rock paths. 1 of the rock paths is in a forest like environment. There are trees on one side and a hill where you can see houses on the other side. Both paths are quiet and peaceful. There is also a sidewalk that goes around the neighborhood.

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

This private oasis has many amenities to entertain dogs. There is a wooded area with walking paths, downed trees to climb and jump on, and benches in the shade to rest. There are several areas for those dogs that love to dig. Plenty of room to run or chase each other. A sand pit for burying that treasured bone. A kiddie pool for cooling off on those hot days. For fur parents, there is a second floor deck you are welcome to rest on to view the gorgeous sunset or sit by the fire pit. Take advantage of the multiple fruits growing on the property, including peaches, apples, mulberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Chickens and ducks on the property but will not be free roaming during reservation times. Resident dogs on the property will be kept in the home.

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Welcome to the Chadds Ford Dog Manor! We are in a private area off of the road, perfect for energetic dogs who like to run. We have an wide open front yard and peaceful back yard with a hill for dogs that just need to get free. We are currently in works with construction of an obstacle course, please be patient. We will get it available soon. In the mean time, we have a wood chip pile for the dogs to climb. A nice sitting area on the front porch for the owners. A beautiful flower garden to admire and walk amongst. Most importantly, chemical free yard. Along the back fence of the property, you will be able to admire our neighbors polo horses, along with many other woodland animals hidden in plain sight. We provide trash cans along the drive way for disposals, a small shovel to scoop up your dogs droppings. We don't provide doggie bags, we try to minimize plastic waste. Feel free to bring your own. We have hose hookups around the property to rinse off your doggies or fill up their bowls from our whole house water filtration system. Just please be mindful to turn off the faucet before leaving. Come see for yourself and experience a type of peacefulness that can only be provided at the chadds ford doggie manor.

Welcome to our peaceful, fully fenced haven for dogs. We offer a grassy retreat where you and your dogs can play fetch, sun bathe and relax in the hammock and swing. When the weather is warm, we put out a kiddie pool for water play, and you may also use the garden hose, if needed. You can also have breed meetups, pup birthday parties, dog training, litter mate reunions, photo shoots, and foster or adoption meet & greets in the privacy of your own Sniffspot. Come play!

Available water and outside bowls for dogs. The running waterfall pond dogs enjoy in the summer. The pool is also set up in summer or sprinklers for dogs and kids. Dogs absolutely love the backyard in spring with all the blooming plants and birds

This park like setting is filled with toys, trees, and a trampoline in a fully fenced in private backyard. Enjoy off leash activities!

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

We do have a “puppy” pool if you’d like us to fill it up before you come, please let us know asap! Dog toys are in the tiny ottoman!
