All dogs at the park must be legally licensed and vaccinated, and must wear a visible dog license. Dogs under 4 months of age and female dogs in heat are prohibited There is no separate area for small and big dogs in the waterfront park. Handlers must clean up any waste and fill any holes dug by dogs under their control. Humans may swim in the water with their pups if they want to. Dogs should be on a leash when they're not in the water. No animals other than dogs are permitted in the bark park area. The park is open from sunrise to sunset.

Welcome to our little oasis! Situated on 1/2 acre corner lot fully fenced in backyard with lush green grass. We have cameras set up around from the driveway to our backyard. With 5 flower beds (varying sizes), each contain pet friendly Magnolia trees, Palm trees, plants, and flowers with mulch and rocks (Please don't let fur kids eat anything). The backyard has a pergola which provides shade for you and your fur baby. Chimes are on both sides of the pergola to provide music as well as rain chains. 2 ceiling fans and 2 chairs with a table, trashcan, and a sun chaise lounger are provided. Fur babies can lay on the raised pet cool beds. A brown storage bench holds a couple of dog toys, towels, poop bags, first aid kit, treats, and other things. A water bowl and hose is located by the storage bench. Our fire pit has blue glass and is not covered (Do not allow pets to get into the pit). A shed is located to the back of our yard where white rocks and big rocks are present. Our connecting neighbors has a medium sized dog and his name is Oreo. He loves to sun bath but never barks or bothers our dogs. I hope I've covered everything and you and your fur baby enjoy our oasis.

Property is fully fenced, partially chain link and partially privacy fence. You can have use of fully fenced area, including sitting on covered porch and using the dog waste bags provided. Dog waste bags must be disposed of in the trash can at the front of the property entry.

Dogs must be current on all vaccinations. 2. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park. Owners keep leash with them at all times. 3. The dog must be under visual and voice control at ALL times. 4. No more than two dogs per handler allowed. 5. No children under the age of 14 are permitted unless accompanied by an adult. 6. Children are not allowed to run with, scream, shout of chase dogs in the park. 7. Aggressive dogs are not permitted on the premises. Dogs MUST be removed at the first sign of aggression. 8. Puppies younger than 4 months are not allowed as they are vulnerable to disease and injury. 9. Dogs that are ill may not enter the park. 10. Female dogs in heat may not enter the park. 11. Do not bring food or treats (human or dog) into the park. 12. Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in provided containers. This will ensure the success of the dog park. 13. No spiked, choke, or prong collars allowed as they hurt other dogs. 14. Dog owners are legally responsible for injuries caused by their dog. 15. Failure to abide by park rules may result in loss of privileges. 16. Dog park users will not hold the City of Orange Beach or employees and volunteers responsible for any injuries or liabilities to patrons or their pets while using the dog park facility.

Rules and Regulations: Owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of waste. Please fill holes and stop dogs from digging. Dogs must be within the sight and under the control of owners at all times. Dogs must be on a leash until inside the park and upon leaving the park. Limit three dogs per person. Absolutely NO female dogs in heat are allowed in the park. Owners are legally and financially responsible for their dog's behavior. Dogs must be removed at first sight of aggression. Dogs must be vaccinated - collar and tag are required! Choke chains, pronged training collars and stud collars are prohibited. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No dogs under the age of four months are allowed in the park. All food and treats - human and pet - are prohibited. Small dog area is reserved for dogs up to 25 lbs. Small dogs are allowed in large dog area, but large dogs are not allowed in small dog area. Users of this facility do so at their own risk and assume all liability.
Park hours: The Dog Park is open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset.

No dogs under the age of 4 months or who have not received their complete round of vaccinations are allowed. Dogs must wear current license tags. A limit of three dogs per person is allowed. No food of any kind or pet treats allowed in the park. Children under the age of 12 must be under strict supervision of an adult. Please keep all dogs off of adjacent Sports Fields and Mullet Festival Site All dog owners who fail to comply with the rules can be expelled from the park. Repeat offenders are subject to banning from the park. Park hours are from Sunrise until 10 pm ( lights will turn off at this time).

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE DOG PARK Enter at your own and your dog(s) risk. The City of Fairhope accepts no liability for loss, damages of any human or dog while visiting the park. No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the park without direct adult supervision. No one is allowed to run with dogs and should not shout or scream at dogs in the park. Puppies must be at least 4 months old. No more than two (2) dogs per handler allowed. All dogs must have visible current rabies tags, be current on all vaccinations and have a City of Fairhope pet license. Dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting the park and owners should carry a leash at all times. Dogs that are ill may not enter the park. Flea treatment is highly recommended. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Dogs who show any type of aggression must be immediately leashed and removed from the park. No treats or toys allowed. No people food allowed. No smoking allowed. No spike, choke or pinch collars allowed. No Female dogs in heat allowed. Intact males must be closely supervised. Always clean up after yourself and your dog, bags and receptacles are provided. (Section 5-10 (b) of the Fairhope Code of Ordinances) These rules are for the protection and safety for all dogs and their people. Please be courteous and do not allow unacceptable behavior to ruin the fun for others, dog or person. Failure to abide by these rules may result in loss of privileges. Any and all rules governing City of Destin Parks shall also apply to the City of Destin Dog Park.
