Well cared for yard with a great view. Open space with toys, water, treats, and bags. Parking in driveway. Host was very nice and helpful for our first visit. Daisy and I are thankful for this spot which now the closest to where I live. Look forward to many future visits.

Great spot with the access to the pond. Very clean and spacious. We have a human reactive dog and the host was very undertsanding and nice. We fell in love with the place. We will be back soon.

This spot is a MUST VISIT! It is play date with a sweet view! We had a great time the space was perfect and you really can’t beat the view of the pond. Great seating we had access to the hose to cool down and this yard was so well maintained. thanks so much for letting others use your awesome yard!

Joseph’s place was fantastic!! My dog absolutely loved the yard space and being able to take a dip into the pond. The yard was clean and Joseph provided toys, treats, and a hose to clean off your pup after going in the water. We will definitely be back again!

This was our first time using SniffSpot and I'm not going to lie, now we have very high expectations for other yards, hehe. Joseph's yard was awesome. It's beautifully maintained and access to the pond was great. My dog had a lot of fun sniffing around and nipping her paws in the water. I'm also very appreciative to Joseph because he set up Wi-Fi for guests so that I can get a little classwork done. I didn't get as much as I would have liked done because my puppy is very needy hehe, but it was an absolutely beautiful day and a fantastic experience and I will definitely book again with this spot!

Thank you so much Joseph for sharing your home with us. My dogs are reactive so this was their first time swimming in a pond and we cannot WAIT to go back. This was “just another [visit] in Paradise!” It is a beautiful yard and lawn upon entering through the very secure and easy to manage gate. Joe thinks of everything we could need and want including treats for the doggoes. This time they were pumpkin treats from Trader Joe’s! There is fresh water, a hose ready to clean the pups if they are muddy after being in the pond, toys for them and poop bags. He has an array of comfortable lawn chairs. The yard is very secure with a high privacy fence all the way around except by the waterfront where the secure high fence is chain link. The dogs LOVE being in the pond and that has always been a care free situation for us. The ducks just move away until we leave!

Great yard! Clean, and has everything you need. Some chairs, a cute toy bucket, fresh water bowl, poop bags, a clean trash can. The pond was awesome. Our pups loved the dip, even on a brisk early Oct day. They’re tuckered out after sniffs and fetch, thanks again!

We had a great time! Our dogs were able to run themselves out in Joseph's wonderful yard. They had a blast checking out the water! It's definitely a location I would live to bring them back to. What an awesome yard! Well stocked with toys, treats, water and bags. We can’t wait to come back - especially in the nice weather when he can dip his paws in the pond.
