Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Please understand our slow responses are due to the app. People have been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this! Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

We have a fully fenced in yard which is about half an acre. There are toys & water sources. There is a trash can close by and there is plenty of road side parking. The grass is well maintained and your pup can have a great time running around. Your pup can enjoy their time in the yard.

I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There is a bench there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I can provide you with a chair to enjoy this area, and will likely already have it there upon your arrival. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft in the creek should your visit cause it to pop. For future consideration: I have about 7.5 more acres of land (on the other side of Harmony Hill Rd) that is forested, rather secluded, and also bordered by the creek. Here you’ll find the remnants of the dam that used to feed the mill, and some amazing water landscapes including large rocks and crystal clear water. I’m slowly trying to establish a walking trail in this area but it’s been hard keeping up with all the overgrowth. I’d be open to bartering where you would help cut back the trail overgrowth in exchange for your dog enjoying the forested area.

Enjoy a spacious grassy farm like atmosphere with plenty of space to run. You can throw your dog’s favorite ball or frisbee while standing or sitting on the bench under the big shaded tree! There is a view of chickens and maybe the sound of a rooster once in a while 😉 for you to enjoy.

Fully enclosed backyard with shade around the sides from the trees. There are some small gaps so the smallest of pup owners may want to be wary. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.

Welcome to Phi’s Fetch & Fun Retreat! Our fenced-in space, just over a quarter acre, is perfect for pups who love a mix of open space for running and cozy spots for relaxing. With plenty of room to zoom around, some nice shade from the trees, and the occasional bunny or squirrel sighting, it’s a little slice of doggy paradise.

We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. Welcome to our peaceful, fully fenced haven for dogs. We offer a grassy retreat where you and your dogs can play fetch, sun bathe and relax in the hammock and swing. When the weather is warm, we put out a kiddie pool for water play, and you may also use the garden hose, if needed. You can also have breed meetups, pup birthday parties, dog training, litter mate reunions, photo shoots, and foster or adoption meet & greets in the privacy of your own Sniffspot. Come play!
