This is not my property but I have spoke to the owners and they are working on a fence and collars for their dogs. I have met these dogs and they also get along with my dogs. Now that the crops are getting higher they can’t get as close to the fence but we are hoping to completely eliminate this issue once they gate off their crops. This small yard is great for pets AND their owners. It includes a covered patio and a fire pit as well as a small play set. The WiFi works on the patio, so you can work or watch a show while your dog plays. It has lots of grass for your dogs to run and play. I think it’s great for small dogs, puppies, and older dogs. My 3 year old 30lb labradoodle (willow) and 13 year old 8lb shorkie (buckeye)love it. There is one small gap in the fence which is pictured. But it’s incredibly small. I’m working on making the area even more fun as well, just want to make sure people come first! If you have any questions, please reach out. I’d love to have you stop by! Welcome to our 12-acre horse farm! There are 4 horses that live here, but we have plenty of room and places for play for dogs as well! The indoor arena can be a perfect choice to let your dog run and play in bad weather. It's completely enclosed and lit. If outdoor choices are your thing, we have a fenced, outdoor arena with sand footing for your use. Or we have a 0.25 acre smaller area, fully fenced. As far as unfenced areas, there is about 5 acres of woods and about 0.5 acres of pasture that offer room to roam.
