I provide poo bags, so Please PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG. The pool is for DOGS who want to swim. For liability reasons, NO HUMANS IN THE POOL. Thank you 😁🐾

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, table and chairs. ***Kindly note that due to safety concerns, our venue can only accommodate adults over 18 years old.*** During your booking period our pool is available for dogs only If you would like to join swimming pool additional charge. The option can be found in the Extra Please note: we do not provide digging at our venue. Please clean after yourself and your dog. The pool is unheated so it is cool in the winter and warms up during the summer months. We look forward to your visit!

Please note the pool is not included in the standard price. Fully fenced, 8000 sq feet backyard. To add pool access for dogs or humans click on EXTRAs. It is a flat rate for your visit. If you have a reactive dog, please let me know and I will not come out to greet you. 

The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

A rustic, ranch terrain private 2 lot backyard with a pool, zipline (150 LB limit PLEASE), treehouse, foosball, croquet and trampoline. The fun dogs really love the trampoline. Many venture into the treehouse. Chasing a kid down the zipline is very exciting. Beware of mole holes and where dogs have dug up the yard. Again, rustic! Lots of dirt and unlevel terrain, so flip flops are for the pool area only. Wear shoes if you’re venturing into the yard, easement, treehouse, and unbuildable yard up the hill. Water bowl is by the hose. Please refill them for the next guests. Feel free to hose down the pooches if necessary. It gets hot and dusty! Some of them like drinking from the hose which is fine, just try to aim it away from dirt areas so there’s less mud baths for those crazy dogs to roll around in please. This family loves dogs, and we just lost one of our own and often board other dogs. They may be jealous and bark to let us know they want to play or they’re warning us there’s someone in “their” yard. If you don’t like barking, don’t come here. Our neighbors dogs bark too. Pending your arrival and leave time there may be other dog poop that we haven’t been able to get to or other sniffspotters missed, so just get your own doggies poop if you can catch it. Pay it forward if you notice one someone may have missed. It happens. We have a bucket and poop grabber available. Just leave it in there. We’ll take care of it. If you insist on using your own bags, please only use disposable environmentally safe ones as this area has been zoned for composters and all poop bags and poop go in the green bin in the driveway. If they aren’t the biodegradable kind, please take your poop bags with you. There is a yellow pitcher for the boy dogs who love to pee on things. IF you catch them peeing on the chairs, perhaps you could help yourself and other guests not to smell it by filling that pitcher with pool water and pouring it onto the marked territory. Thanks! You will find various remnants and maybe even newer toys strewn across the yard. They’re there to be enjoyed by all the doggies. The pool is for the dogs and you too! Bring your towels and swimsuit. Bring a friend or two, no extra charge. Safety in numbers. We want this space to be used by others at a reasonable rate financially and good time investment. So please, please clean up after yourselves, so we don’t have to hire someone to be on staff to clean up and raise the rate or shut this thing down. This includes skimming the dog fur off the top of the water, removing debris you dragged in, and reconnecting the pool sweep if you or your dogs disconnected it. Play and swim at your own risk. If you have any questions about anything, please ask. There is lots of seating to watch the pool activity if you have that lab that needs pretend they’re at the lake. Ask Alexa (in a red lantern next to the door by the tiki bar)to play whatever music you want. Picnic at the fire table or on the back deck. If ya find a table dusty, some rags and windex are at the tiki bar. If you spill something, please clean it up for the next guest.

Private swimming pool for your dog! Swimming is great exercise for your fur baby! I am dedicating my pool to the fur babies only. Of course, you may get in with them but the main purpose for me renting is for you to bring your fur baby. Swimming is great for dogs with arthritis and other such ailments. Senior dogs that don't like to walk anymore, bring them swimming. If you have a dog with too much energy and it's too hot to take them out, Bring them swimming. I also have life vests for the dogs, one in every size. I recommend all beginners to wear one. It helps them learn and gives them a sense of security. I have watched a lot of dogs learn to swim now and this is the most successful way that I've seen. There is also a waist floatation device if you need it for yourself. No Minors Pool is for doggie guests 😊 humans can get in for safety and support IF needed but dog(s) should be the focus. Guests assume all risks, damages and liability My price $55 for 1-3 dogs it is $10 each additional dog after that for up to 7 dogs. (not the price sniff spot offers) Sniff spot doesn't allow me to set up my fee's the way I want. It only allows per dog. If you have more than 3 dogs message me, I need 15 mins in between bookings but the app only schedules on the 1/2 hr. If you book a time I may need to ask you to move it up or delay the time by 15 mins. I will message you after you book to let you know, please be on the look out for a message from me. This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. *Inclement weather- please be advised that there is no completely covered area in the case of rain, and the pool water is not heated.* SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Video footage is only accessed should there be security incidents.

We have a wide shallow step, Perfect for experienced and novice dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup during your private reservation enjoying the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. Thank you for visiting our spot!

DOGGIE SWIM IS AN EXTRA ! Fulled fenced in backyard .Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. $18 for the first pup $ 9 for second and third . The park will be closed on most Wednesdays for pool and yard maintenance but check schedule. Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . THE POOL IS CONSIDERED AN EXTRA ! It is $9 extra per hour and $ 5 additional pup per hour. Please be honest During your booking . ONE PARENT ONE POOCH ONLY unless prearranged.There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps. Please refrain from using Hawaiian Tropic or other suntan oils that cloud the water and please brush your pup before swim to reduce fur in pool. If your pup is prone to excessive shedding or barking we would not be a good match 🥲 NO CHILDREN! Thank you for your cooperation. Designed for dogs to splash, play and swim. Large shallow area for splashing or acclimating. Alcoves and underwater benches. Deep area for diving. Lots of amenities, lushly landscaped, lots of sitting areas and areas with shade. Pool toys provided. Water provided for human guests and water bowl for dogs. Hot shower available for rinsing off. Bring your best friend(s) for lots of water fun! NOTE: First two human guests are included in the per-hour fee. Each additional guest must be added as an individual extra. For example, if there are four humans total, add a 3rd Guest extra and a 4th Guest extra.

Park hours: Dog Park is open each day Sunrise to Sunset. Dog Park closes every Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for regular maintenance

-Fully gated yard. -A 20x12 covered patio with light, seating, heat lamps, and fan. -Grass and cement area. -Stream Netflix or other apps on the outdoor 65" TV. -You are welcome to bring your wine or whatever for your relaxation. No synthetic drugs (should go without saying). But yes, 420 friendly for adults. -There is a 13' swim spa on the property (seats 11) (has a resistance swim jet). You and your dog(s) are welcome in it. It's usually heated between 80 to 99 degrees or higher in the winter. Bring towels if you plan to use the swim spa. -There is a charcoal BBQ pit, propane griddle, wood burning Pizza oven, and a 62 quart propane crab boil pot. A water hose type sink. Please clean all if using outdoor kitchen. -Dog pawty rules: Please clean up after your guests and animals before you leave. Decorating should not destroy my property, meaning nails or tape that leaves sticky. Keep noise level respectable to my neighbors. Any hired DJ should keep the music at a medium level. -- Note: There is no discount for additional dogs. My Sniff Spot is for Dog parties. Up to 25 adults. Up to 12 dogs. The price is per hour for your party venue.

Allow your pup to roam free in our gated backyard… They can enjoy games of toss, exploring, and even swim! It’s also a great way to introduce new friends in a neutral environment (additional fee applies). Out of respect for our neighbors, I ask that reservations are booked between 8am-8pm, unless a special request is made! *Please note- swimming is for pups only, however owners may wade in the shallows and offer support/encouragement.

Just note that the pool was built especially for dogs, it has no steps, it has a beach entrance so dogs can just walk in or out. The pool is only about 3/12 feet deep so you can stand and play with your dog. The yard and the pool area are completely fenced but have a common gate to combine both areas. There is an area where you can rinse off your dog when done with pool.
