All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you!

This area is super spacious for training, playing, and relaxing. If your dog likes to dig, there’s a spot for that! We half roughly .5 acre of unfenced land for dogs to roam on a long lead. There’s also “trails” behind the house if you want to be adventurous! A perfect spot for shy and reactive dogs.

Let your dog run wild on this farm of open space! A few water features like creeks and small ponds. Lots of open space to walk, run and sniff.

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, set, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We also on occasion dog sit. We have 3 dogs we watch for vacations and 1 day a week. We are open to the right situation, right dog.

Enjoy a fully fenced in yard with your doggos with lots of room to hit full speed! At the front of the property, fences are about 3 foot high with the others reaching 4-6 feet. We purchased the house with a large property for our senior dog and our future ones. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago and would like to open it up for others to enjoy! We currently have no dogs.
