The park is designed to be a private setting for your visit- You will independently access the park and will not be interrupted- Have fun in this .5 acre 6ft fully fenced dedicated dog park near scenic Arbor Crest Winery in the Spokane valley. Your furry friends can enjoy our dog friendly Chuckie cheese play equipment, dig in a large sand box, enjoy a game of fetch in the grassy area, or run around sniffing until their hearts content. Top Dog Vistas has 4 acres of fully fenced trails for you and your dog to enjoy. (All dogs must be on leash for the first 300 feet from the parking lot to the gate.) This hike is not for everyone as it climbs 200 feet in about 1/4 mile. Once you get up the hill there are awesome views and rest stations scattered along the trails that are cut through the trees and brush. The total distance if you wander all of the trails at the top of the hill is about one mile.

The 0.34 acre backyard is fully fenced and has a rather steep incline on one side - perfect for getting all your pups energy out! When looking at the front of the house, the gate is located on the left side of the front door. The gate can be difficult to close so you'll need someone who is strong to lift & close it as you enter and leave. There is a garbage can on the back patio near the hot tub as well as poop bags, dog toys, hand sanitizer, etc inside the bench. Feel free to use the hose to get water for your pup if needed. We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

The 50 acres is mostly timber, with a 7 acre pond that has water in it most of the year. It will dry up on really hot years. I do have chickens and pack goats by the house. But they are inside mesh fencing, so your dogs won’t be able to get to them. The 50 acres is completely fenced with a 3 to 5 strand Barbwire fence. It’s in good shape. It is also the property boundary. So as long as you stay inside of the fence, you will be on the property. There are not a lot of neighbors but the ones I have are nice. When you come up the driveway, you can pass the house and drive up on the hill and Park at the conex container. There is lots of wildlife on the property, and I highly recommend that your dog has some sort of tick repellent, we do have ticks in the spring time. The upper part of the driveway is not graveled, so if there’s melting snow, or a lot of ran, it can get muddy. So be prepared for that. Main yard has a 4 foot fence and there is also a smaller private area with a 6 ft fence. Main yard has tree cover for shade. There are two residents dogs on the premise who UTD on their vaccines. These dogs will remain inside during rental time.

They can sniff, do their business, and get out their zoomies, all while you can sit on the swing and watch or you can engage and play with them. Relatively quiet neighborhood, rocks are edging the fence, so there is little/no space between the fence and the ground, besides that near the drive gate. This makes our yard secure, even for the tiniest of pups with jello-like attributes. Please do not touch or allow children or other guests and dogs to mess with the planters over the cold months. They are old, and we will be trying to clear them out for you. **Please note that as of December 2024, we officially have new neighbors who also have dogs. The fence we have is vinyl, and they will not see each other, but it has been brought to our attention that our neighbors have barky dogs, which can be disruptive. They are not out very often, so our hope is that your visit will still be very enjoyable.

About to finish putting up a full fence with netting on the top to keep predators out. I live on a small hill that oversees Eloika Lake. You’ll see some wild animals on the daily; deer and turkeys. There’s a covering with concrete floors. I have a swing there and a chair for sitting. I have a tote with supplies for the dog and people. I do have a fire pit that you control by an app on your phone. It controls the height of the flame and has a little tray for grilling. I’d prefer to meet clients before allowing ppl to use that but I do have a small grill that can be used as well. There’s a hose and in the warmer weather there will be a plastic kiddie pool. Also if you have other animals you’d like to bring over you can, it will have the netting ontop and im putting this in for my two cats and bunny for their outdoor time.
