Well maintained property, not quite open space with a lot of tree covered space, but still good area for puppers to run around for an hour. There’s water kiddos could get into, so keep that in mind.

Large property, seems almost completely fenced (maybe a tree knocked a section down?) including gated/secure entrance. Lots of different areas to explore from lawn to shady woodsy corders.
