**I prefer a message PRIOR to booking, if our chickens are out for the day we do not have a way to put them up, they free range and go in when they would like.** We have 5.8 acres of unfenced land. We have chickens and goats on the property along with our own dogs so we have lots to smell! We have areas that are mowed and areas that are not. We are nestled between apartment buildings but our land keeps us separated that it’s private. We can make sure the farm animals are put up as the chickens free range if your dog has a high prey drive, but please give us a 24 hour notice if you need the chickens put away for your visit.

A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; securely fenced. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. (In storage for winter)There is a table & chairs by the side garage walkway/door with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. Dog water bowl cleaner between uses and extra pitcher of water for refill or cleaning. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. Have a request for something that was offered or utilized at another SniffSpot? We would love for you to share, ask and let us know.

All dogs must have a Kenosha County Dog Parks tag or owner can pay a daily fee. Dog Parks tags are available at several locations (listed on the Tags and Fees page). The Dog Parks tag is valid for one year. No annual dog park tag shall be granted without a Kenosha County dog license or current license from the municipality where the dog is kept. Pick up after your dog. All dog parks have disposal bags available. Dogs must be kept on leash outside of the fenced area of the park. Do not keep your dog on leash once inside the dog park. Always keep your eye on your dog and stay alert to your surroundings. Help us (and your dog) by controlling the environment at all times. Not all dogs are good candidates for off-leash dog parks, if your dog is aggressive, they will not be allowed inside. Be prepared to leash up and leave immediately if your dog shows aggression. Don't bring your dog if they’re unvaccinated. This leads to the rapid spread of diseases, some of which may be fatal. If your dog is in heat, leave her at home. A dog in heat can cause male dogs to develop aggressive tendencies. Smoking, food, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permissible. Water bowls cannot be brought inside the fenced area. This reduces the risk of diseases spread by sharing drinking water. Take out what you bring in (e.g., tennis balls, Frisbees, water dishes, dog toys, etc). Do not give treats to dogs that aren’t yours. Dogs may have allergies, be on a training plan or be on a special diet. No children under the age of 18 are permitted unless accompanied by an adult. There is the potential that your dog may be injured or may injure another dog while playing in the park. Kenosha County is not responsible for any injury or damage in the dog park. All Park Ordinances apply. Enforced by Park, or Sheriff’s Department (262) 843-2371 or (262) 653-6600.

We have mowed trails and a river to jump in on a hot day! We have an upper field and a long dirt road to run down. We do have three dogs of our own who are all very nice. If your dog is aggressive we would need to know before hand. Please see photo for a glance at our marked trails. :) As of now Wednesday March 5th 2025 we do have some trees down due to the winter! Just wanted to give that heads up before booking with us. We also do have two barn cats that sometimes like to say hi to people. Due to winter ending our trails are muddy, highly recommend boots! I will update here as the season changes!
