Checks all our boxes : clean, safely fenced, spacious to run. Nice friendly communicative hosts. There are horses as distant neighbors (Not right up against the fence), which is nice for horse training - desensitization. Also small planes overhead if your dog is wary of overhead aircraft. If your dog is not afraid, it's a great spot for desensitization /counter-conditioning for that as well.

Wow! Just great! I was running almost 30 minutes late and Adrian was super accommodating! He’s a wonderful host and his property was great! There is so much room for activities, and he left us water bottles as well along with other items to our convenience! I will definitely be back to this property! Thanks again, Ryann for letting us use your beautiful space! PS he told us the sunset is amazing and he was not wrong! Such a beautiful view!!

Excellent and clean Sniffspot! Our three pups had a blast running around sniffing every corner and chasing balls in the wide open yard! Area is easy to access. The 2-acre space was fully enjoyed by our dogs and they came home ready for naps! We will certainly be back. Thank you Adrian for hosting a great spot in Ramona!

Great location and host. We booked the same day so we had a place to rest with the pups in Ramona between appointments. This worked great for our reactive dog and let both pups get out of the car and relax. Definitely would come again. Nice level yard with grass!

HUGE fully fenced and clean field space. Our host was very clear with parking directions, etc which is super appreciated when visiting a new spot, and my dog had a blast with the herding ball add-on!

Very nice property with room to run around. There are several nice places to relax and enjoy the day. We did have to leave early due to Ryder becoming obsessed with eating the long grass, which he is not normally exposed to.

Great spot to bring my dogs to run since we live in the SD Country Estates! Adrian was very communicative before and during the visit and had a nice setup there with water bottles, poop bags, treats, toys and a trash can. The grass was just mowed as well! Thanks again Adrian, we will be back :)

Wow! This place is perfect! I couldn’t ask for anything more! So very spacious, clean & well kept, full secured fence with shady places to sit. My girl had SO much fun! She was running so much she needed to take lots of breaks. Loved it here, we will definitely be back!

Secure, clean, safe for pups. Large enough to launch the chuck-it for a good run and tire the dogs out. One of our dogs is very anxious/reactive but its nice and quiet here so she just had a great time :)

Awesome place. Highly recommend. For EV charging make sure to contact owner before hand since it’s only available they are home. Spacious enough for a highly energetic GSD/Husky make sure to bring enough toys plan for a rest stop for the humans.

Drove about 30 minutes to get to this spot and it was well worth it! The grass was well kept, fully fenced and SO MUCH space for your dog to enjoy! Will definitely visit in the near future!
