We do own and operate a dog boarding business on this property - but the 60x60 fenced area is separate from the kennel area and is set aside for Sniffspot and walking trail is also allocated for Sniffspot users. Welcome to my home! I have 7.5 acres and multiple areas for your pet to come and explore. I am working on fencing in the whole property but it is not complete yet. I can provide toys, bowls and towels. I have a large unfenced and flat yard that is great for fetch as well. If you want more of a primitive hiking experience, I have about 6.5 acres of trails that you are welcome to explore, including a stream that runs through my property. This area is not fenced, so most recommended for pets with strong recall, however it is still enjoyable with a leash. If you need to use the restroom or grab a drink, you are welcome in my home, just ask! If you would like your dogs to have a friend, I have two very friendly and socialized dogs who may be willing to play -- or I can keep them inside the house. I have goats, donkeys and chickens and if you have a herding dog, I am happy to open them up and let your dog try their skills, please ask before entering. Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway. Please be respectful of my property, and if you need anything at all from water, snacks, treats, toys, restroom, please ask.

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.
