Judy Rains Memorial Dog Park Rules All dog owners that fail to comply with these rules will be asked to leave by parks personnel or law enforcement officers: - Use at your own risk. Owners are legally responsible for the actions and behaviors of their dog(s) at all times. - Dog waste must be cleaned up by their owners immediately. Dog waste bags are available at the entrances of the dog parks. - Owners must be within the dog park and supervise their dog(s) at all times with a leash readily available. - All dog handlers must be 16 years of age or older. - All children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Small children must be kept under strict supervision within arm's length of parent/adult. This is not a child's playground. - Owners must fill any holes their dog(s) dig. - Dogs should use an appropriate dog park for their size. The Small Dog Park is for dogs under 25 pounds. - Aggressive dogs must be leashed and removed immediately. - Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the dog park. - All dogs must have current vaccinations and must wear a collar with a current dog license, rabies certification, and identification. - Dogs should be under voice control. Prohibited Items The following are prohibited: - Aggressive dogs - Dogs in heat - Dogs/puppies under 4 months old - Glass containers - Human and dog food and treats - Sick dogs

They usually keep to themselves, but if you see one, please approach with caution if your dogs are not familiar with cats.

DOG PARK RULES Help us make the Dog Park safe, fun and clean for everyone by following these rules: 1. Park Hours: Sunrise to Sunset 2. Entry into the dog park is at the risk of dog owners or handlers. Dog owners or handlers are responsible and liable for any damages to property, persons or other animals caused by their dog. 3. Aggressive dogs are prohibited from the park. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior towards humans or other dogs must be removed from the park immediately. 4. No children under the age of 16 are permitted unless accompanied by and adult. 5. Small children must be kept under strict supervision by an adult. 6. Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the dog park and dog owners must have a leash in their possession at all times. (Versailles Ordinance 90.15) 7. Dog owners must be in the dog park and within view of their dogs at all times. 8. OWNERS OR HANDLERS MUST CLEAN UP DOG WASTE. Seal waste in the provided plastic bags before disposing in the trash receptacles (Versailles Ordinance 90.19) 9. Female dogs in heat are not allowed in the park (Kentucky Revised Statute 258.255) 10. All dogs must wear their current rabies vaccination tag (Kentucky Revised Statute 258.015) Any violation of the above rules is subject to citation by Animal Control. 4 acres of mowed field next to a creek backing up on another five acres of long grass. The creek has pools deep enough for dogs to paddle in and clean enough for owners to enjoy a dip too! There is also a small fenced area for dogs to run around in and be more contained if owners need a change of pace during a visit. Enjoy this beautiful spot!

Nestled conveniently in central Ky 3 m from i-64 and 5 m from i 75 this area is untouched and serene with lots of large trees, some 200 yrs old..gently rolling land with lush bluegrass. Neighboring area is horse country. Close to Lexington, Frankfort, Versailles , Midway. Natural wildlife deer, squirrels, birds of all kinds. Some subdivisions, mostly large farming areas .
