We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. Enjoy a beautiful, fully-fenced, grass-covered yard for your four-legged babies! My yard includes a large deck and table with umbrella for shade. Sip an herbal tee refreshment (hand-crafted by the herbalist owner) and light snacks (for people and fur-babies!) and relax while your fur-baby runs, gets their energy out and enjoys sunshine and much-needed exercise. Doggie toys will be provided or bring your nabies favorites play along with them! Clean water bowls and cooling mats are provided on the deck for when they need a break, too. I even have a small doggy pool for them to splish and splash in! I am a huge animal lover and own dogs of my own who are my children. My dogs (chihuahua-mix and pug) will remain indoors during your sessions to ensure safety for all. Plenty of doggy poopy bags will be provided and all waste will be expected to be picked up before you leave. *I do require vaccination records for rabies before coming onto the property.*

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. As the proud owner of two energetic Jack Russells and a lively Weimaraner, I’ve designed this space with active dogs in mind. It’s perfect for running, playing, and just being a dog! Plus, the yard is completely private for your use on weekends, as my dogs and I are away during that time. Our floating patio is a great spot to relax, featuring a table with four chairs and an umbrella. Large trees provide refreshing shade during the warmer months, and there are two additional chairs and a small loveseat for even more lounging. In the summer, we go the extra mile by adding fun extras like a puppy pool to keep your furry friends cool and happy! Amenities: - Bottled water and poop bags are always included. - We’re a smoke-free yard. If you need to smoke, please do so near your car and dispose of waste in the trash can. If you want to work (with wifi) and don't want your dog to go to far but still enjoy outside time.....this is the place for you! Bags provided for picking up your dogs poo. Water bowl next to outdoor hose for a drink. Wifi available and a table with chairs provided for the humans! Something new and something different for a small outting!

Large 2 acre field for off leash play, only with strong recall, or long line play. There is also a boat ramp that dogs can use if they want to take a dip in the water, use at your own risk. Great spot for fetch or sniffs from the deer who sleep there!

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.
