Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.

This is a wonderful property to enjoy a “sniffari” walk with your dog. For those who may have a reactive dog like myself, I did not feel comfortable letting my dog off lead because the front fence line borders a busy road and my dog could easily jump over (or through) the swinging entry gate if she wanted to. We saw too many triggers in the 45 minutes we were at the farm for me to feel totally comfortable (a man walking his dog on the sidewalk just across the street, parents walking with their kids on the sidewalk, two motorcycles, a deer running in the field, and the owner working outside the house). This doesn’t take anything away from the property, it’s awesome. But there was just too much activity near the road for me to allow a reactive dog to run free. For those with non-reactive dogs, this place is heaven. And for those who want to keep your dogs leashed, the back of the property is more secluded and quiet, although there is a park and other houses beyond the woods. I hope to return for more walks as we continue training.

I can’t say enough good things about this spot! It was extremely easy to find and the fencing was secure (its chain link fencing around almost the whole property minus the gate). My girl spent the whole hour sprinting around the open field and exploring the woods. The woods have some thorny areas and areas with fallen logs so be careful in there but there’s also plenty of safe open space to explore. There is a big muddy puddle in the back right of the property, if your dog likes swimming I would avoid that area! Overall I’ve never seen my dog happier, we will be back!!

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend.
