Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

If the outdoor fan isn't set up on the deck, please feel free to grab it from the shed on the north(or left if you are facing the house). You don't need to put it back. I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome some feedback or ideas on how to make the space better. I'm new to this sort of thing, so as I learn more I'm sure that the amenities/extras/etc will evolve over time.

With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs.
