I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

They are friendly! But one is a more energetic puppy that likes to bark. Our neighbors are great and are aware of our Sniffspot. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚰💧 Sorry, the water is currently off for the season. Will return when freeze risk drops! • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits. • Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) We love to wave ‘hi’ through the window. • ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. Keep your dog in sight and under voice control at all times. Clean up and dispose of feces left by your dog. Owners must bring pet-waste bags. Bags are not provided on-site. Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated. No aggressive dogs allowed. If your dog becomes unruly or plays rough, leash it and leave immediately. Female dogs in heat and dogs under the age of four months are prohibited. Use at your own risk. Owners are responsible and liable for the actions and behavior of their dogs at all times.
