Great big yard with lots of shade! A lot of room to explore. Was relatively quiet as well just an occasional bark from dogs in surrounding areas! Definitely bring big spray and check the yard to make sure there are no random items in the grass that could be harmful.

I loved this gem!! Came with my husky and her Labrador friend early in the morning to avoid the Texas heat and it was amazing!! 10/10 recommend. At first I was uncertain of the entrance but you’ll see it by a big white sign. I saw 2 ways to the lake access but if you stay right where the first division is and keep going all the way straight then you’ll find the nicer and easier lake access. We didn’t spot any other dogs or people! Also idk why I was thinking there was a keypad to enter the gate code but fyi it’s a combination lock lol. We spotted some deer in the woods and a turtle near the lake shore which was awesome! My dog has good recall so I was able to recall her off the deer.

Really nice and relaxing really good for off leash dogs that have recall, but are reactive the only sad thing is that I thought there would be NO dogs but in the shallow water there was but my pups still enjoyed it.

My reactive pup had the best time here! I’m never able to let her off leash because of her reactivity but it was so nice to have so much space for her to roam off leash. I would recommend driving more inward if you don’t want to be by the fence. You can hear distant barks sometimes but it didn’t trigger my dog at all. She was able to fully relax here, it was peaceful. If it was closer to Austin, i’d be here everyday. It’s a beautiful spot and can’t wait to come back! 10/10

The spot was gorgeous -- plenty of space to run around and knock a high-energy dog out for the rest of the evening. Us human folk even brought our own swimsuits to enjoy the water as well.

It was a beautiful spot to take my dog! We don’t completely trust our dog off leash but we had him on a 50 yard leash and he swam, ran and got full of mud! We rented this space out for 3 hrs and pulled out some chairs under a tree that gave us great shade and just watch him have the time of his life! We will definitely be coming back! All thanks for the owner who led us to the right spot, the cops have no idea what SniffSpot is!
