A restroom is available in our office during working hours. Because of water restrictions, we don't have carpet grass. Our yard is mowed but it has native grasses and weedy plants. Be aware: long haired dogs may pick up unwanted and pesky plant materials! Since this is a part of a dog boarding facility, we ask that shot records be up to date before each booking. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! Dogs must be FULLY vaccinated & up to date on shots. Must clean up after your dog, I have poop bags in the dispenser hanging on the deck (there is a trash can on the left side of the yard) Please no dogs on the couch up on the porch & if your dog has long nails please refrain from letting them run on the deck, it scratches easy. This backyard has seen its fair share of dogs and they all leave happy and tired- such a perfect space for dogs to do all the sniffing! My yard is go to for everyone! I host all of the cookouts and fire nights for friends to bring their dogs over. There is a line of trees and bushes along the back fence that my dog and all dogs I babysit looove to explore. It’s not too big that they get lost in physically, just perfect enough for them to get lost in all the smells ☺️ it’s plenty big enough to launch a ball or kick around a soccer ball and great for kids too! **Guests are also free to use the indoor restroom (although my dog and I may be inside if we are home, but put away)**

Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. We provide toys, doggie pool (in the summer), poop bags, water, etc. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate them!
