Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Swimming with your pups is always an option.(see upgrade pkg) Please let us know in advance if you will need more than 1 dog towel. *** If you want to add a friend or relative and their animal please make sure they are aware of all rules and liability. *** *** No smoking, vaping, alcohol, chew, etc permitted on property. ***

Our backyard is your backyard! Let your dog(s) run and play in our fully fenced backyard. You can relax while they play - it’s very peaceful. We do have neighbor dogs on one side but they are seldom outside. Spring to Fall there’s a comfy seating area. Our gardens (fenced off from dogs) are yours to enjoy. Come, sit, stay a while as your dogs release that pent up energy. It’s fun in the snow! Our yard can be muddy in wet seasons, bring towels for dog wipe down during those times please.l

Once you turn in the property private drive, you will see the side yard to the left, a big evergreen tree at the end of the driveway. This is where I would like visitors to park on the driveway next to this tree. The property line is defined by neighbors barns, fences & tree lines that surround the property. The property doesn't include the field to the right past the property tree lines. Do not use it. The tree line literally outlines a big rectangle kinda shape of the property. There is a small creek on the other side of the trees but it is not a part of the property. Cannot use it. There is also in ground pool that is gated off by a fence. The valley connects with side yards, back yard, & the hill yard to the right of the backyard. I do not mind if dogs run freely as long as they stay on the property. The valley is half mowed due to fallen trees. Don't go past the fallen trees, the grass is high there. Neighbors do have dogs but never unattended nor do they use the property. In spring, I plan to fence in a part of the yard with things for dogs. The property does have water fun once the weather breaks. I do have a towel, plastic bags you can use for droppings that I will place out on the front porch by the trash cans. Please use the blue trash can to dispose of your pets poop after sealing it securely. I will update when seasons change of what will be accessible to you & your fur babies!🫶 Did I mention it is a very peaceful, natural environment. Dogs love to run around the property with supervision.

The reason our fee is set higher then the average sniff spot is because we have a service pony and dog friendly goats on site, we also have professional trainers available for any questions if needed. Or if you need someone to confidently introduce your dogs to livestock, we can help. This sniff spot is not your average play in grass. We recommend coming here only if you need help or to level up your dogs. 🐕

1 acre of open land. Run, jump, fetch, play ball, train, and you name it we have the space for you and your best friend to have open range. Owners may use our driveway closest to that side of the land. Be mindful as we do have cameras. The firepit area is off limits but the rest of the property is yours for your entire stay. There is a trash bin available near the fire pit for your buddy's little brown droppings.

3 acres of serenity! Large clean pond dyed blue surrounded by a hill with play space behind all sides! Flat grass areas for playing too, dog toys throughout the yard for pups to find as they go! Gravel turnaround driveway allows for easy access. The yard is surrounded by fields so it’s nothing but bird chirping and wild life noises out here!

It’s a large open area to RUN! RUN! RUN!!! We sit on about 5 acres. There’s an old barn on the property. It’s so much open space that I can’t help but feel as though we should share it with more dogs! Our German shorthair pointer can run for hours out here and it is more than enjoyable to get to sit and watch. We’d love to see some other dogs running and frolicking in our open space. Our pointer, Patton can be put in the house while you visit. If you have a small dog, I HIGHLY recommend a coyote vest with the spikes on the top of it to repel hawks if you plan on letting your little dog off leash out here. We have hawks and bald eagles and I have had a hawk attempt to take my 4 lb yorkie poo. There’s chickens that we free range, but I am more than happy to put them away if they will be a distraction to your dog. I know they are to most. Haha

1 acre of relaxation and recreation. Open field, wooded area and a small hill leading to The Black River. Your dogs will LOVE romping around the yard, hill as well as playing and swimming in the river! Also, you can stay as long as you’d like and I don’t charge extra. My fee is for the day, you can even leave and come back.

Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. We live on a beautiful 13 acres, mostly mowed green grass ready for you and your dog to run and play! Private parking, secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle, peaceful quiet oasis

There are 2 firepits and a Fridge for beverages or a clean cooler for ice. Alcohol is permitted...but be responsible. Smaller firepit is the more practical one and in full view of the backyard. Bring own wood and Firestarters. Fires must be in control and not raging. Hose will be provided. Anyone who wants to use the firepit must inform at booking in the notes. Parking is the right side of the garage or on the grass to the right side of the garage. House is vacant and being remodeled. I live next door.

Quiet 3 acre farm with half acre fenced in area for your dog to run and stretch its legs and enjoy splashing in a kiddie pool..there are chickens and geese free ranging on the property for your enjoyment..property is surrounded by fields so you may get a glimpse of deer roaming in the fields..other animals also welcome to use dog area..such as small pigs and goats.
