Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Welcome to our Shady Sanctuary, a private summer oasis perfect for your furry friend! Our .12-acre backyard is designed with your pet's comfort and enjoyment in mind. The yard features five mature, shade-providing trees, ensuring a cool and refreshing environment even on the hottest days. Your dog will love exploring the lush turf and grass yard sections, ideal for running, playing, and lounging. For those pups who enjoy a good dig, we've included a dedicated dirt patch just for them. Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. *we just got new backyard neighbors as of 9/20/24, I believe they have a dog. I am not sure how often it will be back there. Dog does not seem to bark at humans or dogs so far. Please be aware that this dog may be outside during the time of your visit. I will update with more info as I find out * We love having a backyard for our dog to run around in :) hopefully your dog will enjoy it too! We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up the dog pool for extra charge. Note: pool not available during winter months

We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

Our backyard is the perfect place for your pup. It doesn't have any landscaping we are worried about being dug up or destroyed. We don't own dogs. Our neighbors that are on the north side with the see through chain link fence don't have dogs. I think the neighbors on the other side of the fence that had slats might have a dog.

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Welcome to our mini dog gym, inside you'll find a brand new way of exercising your dog. Slatmills are propelled by your pup so they're in control of the workout ensuring that they're comfortable. This small Sniffspot may not appear to be much, but it's a great space during inclement weather or a pitstop before work. Test it out today! Slatmill is located in the interior of garage. You will also have access to the backyard, which is shaded most of the day. Warning, the neighbors directly behind us have one barrier reactive dog!!

It has a small open area where I need to put a gate or something to fully enclosed yard.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Our yard is a great spot for dogs to get some exercise in a safe, fully-fenced area. We’ve also got a shaded spot where you can relax while your pup explores and plays. Whether your dog likes to run around or just sniff around, there’s plenty of space to enjoy. We’re looking forward to hosting you and your dog!

Cozy fenced yard with porch for human counterpart's. Close to Loren Farr park and walking trails. Balls and frisbees available to use along with a fire pit for humans to use. Outside water and an optional play mate. ( we have a 2 year old St. Bernard mix who lives to play but also will be okay staying inside during your time )

Preppy paws has a private dog park with an adjacent pet supply store and separate indoor training space that you may also have access to if requested. Dogs may be inside the adjacent store but will not be in any other areas. Feel free to let me know if you would like to come into the store for bathroom breaks or supplies.
