NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

I have a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. There are no poisonous plants and also have a gazebo for shade and cover from rain or snow. Lots of free roam area for fetch ans running

There are many large boulders displayed on the flat land which make perfect pee spots & areas to sit and relax. WAGenor features toys, tennis balls with launcher, and plenty of space to ensure your dog gets in a rigorous exercise with endless play. WAGenor also provides baggies and trash for poop, food/water bowls with dog water and treats included so your dog(s) stay hydrated and fed- if you want to provide a meal for your dog bring along some of your dog’s favorite lunch to enjoy in our dog food bowl while at WAGenor. For the humans, WAGenor offers a beautiful observation deck with lounge seating and the perfect view to overlook your dog at play. WAGenor offers a hammock from April-November , a picnic table, and even a playhouse swing set for your dog’s human sibling(s) to enjoy. At WAGenor, there’s no need to worry about reactivity because there are no resident dogs on the property which makes for a calm, stress-free and private experience where you and your dog have free reign of the grounds, reserved just for you. ***Agility equipment will be gone from November 13th - April 1st. Two fenced in fields each > 100x90. One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.
