We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

***We will be closed October 29 through December 31, but will reopen on January 1, 2025! I know that seems like a long time, but it is only a couple months. So, please check back when we reopen!*** Looking for an escape from the busy city? Or maybe you live in a neighborhood with a pup that likes hiking? Then look no further! This wooded play spot has endless trails, wildlife, and serenity! Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! Our home sits on 8 acres with Glade Run Creek running through it! We have two large fields as well as woods in the back of the house. If you need a quiet place for your dog to roam and swim like our dogs do, please enjoy! (My dogs will be put away and we no longer have birds…just a cute photo for reference/view of the property) Note: the field with the golf course and volleyball is not our property. One of our neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out which we have no control over, however, there are 8 acres to explore so if you see his dog outside on his property, it’s easy to avoid an interaction. In the summer, the wire fence around the garden in the front field is electric to keep out deer, won’t hurt your pup but will definitely give them a startling zip if they touch it. If we are home we will sometimes be out on our deck, mostly in the summer, but our house is up on the hill and with 8 acres to explore and the creek running through the center of our property, it’s easy to still have your privacy.

Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.

This little slice of heaven is a total of 12 acres, to include a small lake. Once you enter the property, your pup/s can enjoy spacious flat areas with short grass bordered by tall landscaping. Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! If you need to book during a blocked time (to meet your schedule), just send a message and we will work with you. :)
