We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Our farm is a total of 12 acres with 5 acres available to you! The acres include fields, a creek and woods!

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

Our spot is the best of both worlds. You will also find sprinklers, a hose and water bowl for use as well and of course tons of amazing smells and lots of wildlife. We also have a peach tree, wild strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that when in season is available for picking as well! The best part, none of the neighbors have dogs! This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Close to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 40 between Frederick and Hagerstown. Rural, rustic, partially wooded, farm field like setting. Deer trails and a hill. Creek access. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys may be spotted in addition to a panoramic view of the cattle field across the road. Please pack in water and food and pack out any garbage. Bring camp chairs, if you plan an extended visit. Available dawn to dusk, no lighting. you have Verizon and AT&T, you should have access to phone and tablet capabilities.
