We have an acre of fully fenced area or 2 acres of 90% fenced area. Grass is kept short and our property is completely flat. There are chickens behind a fully fenced area. There are 6 Muskoka chairs to sit in and relax while your dog plays.

We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. It’s suitable for training, moderate exercises and of course sniffing around. I’m not a dog owner however I do a considerable around of dog sitting so the yard will have an abundance of different smells. It is mandatory to pickup all poop and take it with you.

We are living on a 2.5 acres homestead with access to water part of the year. Fully fenced with hens to look at. We are dog breeders at a rate of once a year, sure don’t want to overwork the mother. We also are beekeepers… and gardeners, nothing like fresh food.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Fenced property with access to the K&P Trail. Fire pit to sit around or use if you want a small cooking fire. Umbrella for use if you want to stay dry or out of the head, and a deck with small bistro set you’re welcome to sit at. Upper deck will be blocked off, for homeowner use only.

There is a pond on the property without a fence around it. A dog have the ability to get out of the yard if they swim across the pond, but it is to a large cut field that we also own. The pond is mostly covered in duck weed all summer but is lovely in the spring and fall. It doesn't fully freeze in the winter. I own a very passive, but young dog that can come out and play if your dog wants a one on one friend. I'd like them to meet with me around first before booking a play time. Fencing is chainlink and farm fencing down the sides. Smaller dogs may be able to escape through the farm fencing. Seating on front porch and rear deck. Rear deck has an umbrella for shade. There is a bunch of parking in the driveway.

Lots of space to run and swim. A trail is also available around the pond at the edge of the north field, along the edge of the wooded, pine area.

** RACETRACK IN THE WINTER. PLEASE REACH OUT TO MAKE SURE ITS FRESH** A little smaller than a soccer field. Trees and bushes to frolic around. Peaceful dog friendly area. Seats available for you and plenty of toys for your pups.
