For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

Our property is 2.7 acres it’s fully fenced, our home is enclosed within the property but pups have a free safe place to explore the woods or open areas. We love being able to share our space with others especially the 4 legged kind :) message for questions or concerns!
