We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! We live on the property with our two rescue dogs (but they will be kept away and inside the house during your visit). Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup. Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch. Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks. For the dogs, you will have everything you need. Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

GG’s Funny Farm is a 2 acre family friendly farm that makes an enchanting dog park. On the property their are goats and chickens for your entertainment, however they are safely fenced behind a 6 foot fence in their own play area. A large play structure with swings, a ninja rope course and tether ball are all available for use while enjoying the property. Be sure to check out the pond out in the front East corner. Fish food is provided so you can feed the fish and see the pond come alive. Campfires with S’mores are available with a reservation and added fee. Come and enjoy this tranquil shady spot with your friends and family.

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special.
