Beautiful fence-enclosed space with adorable goats nearby. There were spots in the shade to sit and cool off which helps with the weather. My girl had an amazing time!

Sarah, Bandar and their wonderful children are the greatest people I have meet in a long time. The 5 acres was awesome, and my dogs loved every minute of the time we spent there. This family is the salt of the earth (as the expression goes). Kind, respectful, and welcoming. My Cosmo cannot swim very well but he tried, and I had to jump in the pond and get him out. They offered me a change of clothes which I was very grateful for. I will certainly plan on visiting the Karma Farm often as time permits. This family made my day, and I am feeling like I have new friends.

My Moose had so much fun running around, jumping in the pond, and smelling a bunch of new things. My dog is only 8 months, but I love to get him out and exploring new terrain, animals, smells, etc. Took me just under 40 minutes to get there from Austin, easy ride. Lots of different areas to run around, but entire property was fully fenced, so I felt comfortable letting him run and play with the other dogs. Will be back again!

Muddy paws come from happy dogs! We had an absolute blast at this Sniffspot. Sara was very quick and responsive, and extremely accommodating of us at her beautiful property. The Sniffspot is entirely fenced with wire fencing, and the property lines are clear. There is a small pond that my pups loved to swim in, all the while getting covered in mud! Sara left a hose out for us to rinse off before leaving, which was great thinking ahead. There was plenty of room for fetch, sniffing around, and running wild here. Things to be aware of that were not an issue for us: there are horses and goats in a fenced off area of this property. They are clearly visible, but do not bother you at all while you’re here. There are also 2 small dachshunds in the rear property that came out once during our visit, but the owners called them back immediately. Properties are separated by chicken wire fencing, so if your dog is unable to recall off of something like this, it’s best to stay off the right rear fence line or just keep an eye out. But as said previously, this wasn’t an issue for us at all! We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back very soon!

It’s a very nice place! All fenced in and beautiful. My 2 reactive dogs had an amazing time here. Sarah also provided us with a hose to cleanup our dogs after they got dirty. Her farm animals are adorable! I will definitely keep on visiting this place back again with my dogs.

Super quiet this time, very nice and clean, good water bowl out and lovely trees. Love that they have a sign (always feels weird going into people's yards, a simple thing like a sign makes the nerves go away) and places for you to sit with your dog.
