There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. [Trail Update April 19]: The recent ice storm had a devastating impact on the trails. The trails south of the river will remain closed as we continue to clean up the trails. Some new trails will be made and some old trails will be eliminated. Please be patient with us as we update the maps and clear the debris from the trails. And as usual, be prepared for mud and water as it is spring time! Rainboots are a must! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. Imagine not worrying about roads and cars. Your pup is welcome here on or off leash. Our property features nice maintained and accessible flat trails and 30 acres of forest to enjoy. A nice private creek with a bench is also on the property, however proper hiking footwear is required to get to it as it is located down a steeper hill.

A rustic bridge across will lead you to fields, forests, trails, a historic stone foundation and so much more. Swimming in the warmer seasons is perfect for dogs (people too). About 2000’ through hills and trails, you will locate a human resting place. Enjoy the day with your furry pals. Have a bbq, a campfire or even relax in the bunkie located deep in the lot. Not a single soul in sight, nothing but trees, occasional wild life (deer and turkey and beautiful wild birds) and a epic view of the valley and beyond all to yourself.

We live on a large piece of property surrounded by trees, rolling rocked hills and have a large, beautiful swamp with many trails. We love animals and would love to share our space with others that don't have the opportunity to experience nature with there dogs on a daily basis.

Dog must not chase ducks Do not go into shack by pond (floor is rotting). Dog can swim in pond if desired. Any dog seen chasing horses will be asked to leave. Please clean up after your dog.

Join them in the pool to help them have a calm & fun experience. Yes, you can go in the pool with your pups! It's recommended you carry them in or walk them in, but forcing them in could create a negative experience for them. Also, keep them away from the pool walls/sides to prevent scratching, clawing, and potential damage to the pool liner. Dogs can panic and want to escape the pool resulting in damage to the inside walls. if you have questions, please reach out, we are very responsive and want your furry friends to have the best experience. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too.
