The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Plenty of shade, and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool. Come visit our Priest Point doggy oasis (near Cabelas). We have ample seating including a hanging bench swing out in the yard, a wrought iron bench, patio chairs and an outdoor couch. A parking pad is available to the right as you come in the gate. Guest gate code will be provided upon booking. Treats and water for the pup is provided on the back patio. There are times my husband may be working outside so if this is a problem for you or your pet, please message me before booking.

The Marietta Puppy Palace is conveniently located 1 mile north of the Big Chicken. And for those just passing through, we are right off of I-75 at exit 265. Great shady open space. Lots of fun critters to see and observe (birds, squirrels, etc). Table and chairs to bring food or work to. Hammock to enjoy while dog runs around. Access to hose for water playing/drinking. You can hear our neighbor dogs however both the neighbors and myself have a fence, so you don’t have to worry about interactions.
