We welcome you to our little peace of heaven backing up to the national watershed reserves and game-land. We offer parking on the side of our yard away from the house where you'll have access to 4+ acres of woods within our property, and trail entrances to the public water-shed/game-lands. ******We only open our Sniffspot during non-hunting seasons for safety purposes. ****** Our family has been hiking these same trails for 10+ years, and over 100's of times with our pups. We have been blessed with its wonderous beauty and the pure exhilaration our furry babies get being out there, doing what they love. Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

**Rent My Backyard for Your Dog’s Playtime!** Welcome to a doggy paradise! My backyard is perfect for your furry friend to run, play, and relax. The yard is fully fenced, ensuring your pet's safety while they explore. **DISCLAIMER: this fence is not a privacy fence, It is a chain link fence. At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days.
