Hello! We have 2 acres partially fenced. About 1/2 an acre is fenced with 4ft black chain link the rest of the property is open. The property goes straight back to the highway from our house and to the right. On the right side of the property is not ours so be sure to respect that property. You might see wild life! We’re not super picky when it comes to visitors. You will enter the gated area if you prefer on the right side of the house. There is 2 gates like a dog park would be. Enter the first gate and then there will be another gate to enter the large fenced yard. There will be a trash can available for poop bags. You can enjoy the back porch for some shade if you’d like. There is also water available for the dogs. If you go into the tree line/wooded area there is tons of wild life. Please let me know if there’s any questions!

Enjoy 80 acres! Wooded trails and also grassy fields one creek and a pond . Off leash is okay ! Just please have a good recall on your dog as there is a lot of wild life, Deer,Possums,Bob Cats,Coyotes,Armadillos, Snakes, Raccoons, and Skunks so on. We also will be moving horses and a large variety of birds onto the ranch. There’s Two entrances to the ranch you can park on the dirt road and walk in. In a friendly neighborhood with houses spread apart. Side yard is unfenced and has 6 nice pine trees along the road as well as two gianr pecan trees. Feel free to eat the pecans! Bring a blanket and relax or sit on the patio set provided or swing on the tree swing. Watch the woodpeckers and the squirrels in action! In the evenings, listen to the coyotes sing.
