What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The lot is longer than it is wide so your dog can get in good long runs! We keep the yard low maintenance so few flower beds. Thanks for visiting!

We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

Amazing secluded privately fenced area. Some flat ground as  well as logs for jumping and if interested some wildlife to Chase. There is also a shed in the area When arriving to the home, please park in the cul-de-sac. Go to the left of the home and you will see a goat shed with a animal fence around an area. This is the area for Sniffspot. Please do not use the main homes backyard as I have four dogs in that area. Also, we have recently had some trees knocked down and part of the fence is bent so it is not 100% secure. We are working to remove the tree. Some are still coming to use Sniff spot and I have not had a complaint but I just want you to know about it.   I look forward to you enjoying the property

Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with a gate access point to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.
