Welcome to Donovan's Doggy Dugout. We want to share our yard, a fully fenced haven where safety meets freedom and a place where your dog(s) can explore without a care. Our yard is an open invitation, whether it's a game of fetch or a gentle roll in the grass. We hope our yard will also invite you relax and unwind as you watch your dog(s) play freely and having a great time. The dugout (shed) will have amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. We can't wait to share our Sniffspot with you.

Our property is a beautiful mix of fields, wetland, and woodland trails, bordered by a brook. It’s a wonderful place to play frisbee or take a private hike through the scenic trails.

Large fenced in yard for any size dog to play in and explore. Our yard is surrounded by well maintained trees and bushes with the peaceful sounds of birds. There are many spots with shade and sun for your fur baby to enjoy. Have peace of mind knowing that our yard is safely sprayed monthly for ticks and mosquitoes.

Looking for the perfect escape with your furry companion? Our 11-acre property offers the ideal setting for you and your dogs to explore, unwind, and enjoy the great outdoors. Surrounded by scenic views and wide-open spaces, it’s a natural haven for adventurous pups and their humans alike. Winding trails weave through the land, providing plenty of room to roam. Most guests spend about an hour here—walking the 20–30 minute trail loops and then relaxing by the water or letting their dogs play. It’s a great way to enjoy fresh air, peaceful nature, and some quality time with your four-legged friend. We’re always working to enhance the experience, and we plan to add even more trail options this summer—so there will be more to discover on your next visit! A quick note: the trails can get muddy during rainy or winter months, so we recommend wearing boots. The pond is not maintained, and guests who choose to enter the water do so at their own risk. We’re also continuing to mark property lines and add signage to help everyone feel comfortable and informed during their visit.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

Located on a pond and conservation easement, this place is perfect for dogs that like to swim and keep cool on those hot summer days. Plenty of trees to keep the shade and a 30 foot camper to relax in.

We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! In summer, w e have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Welcome to Your Pup’s Favorite Hangout Spot! Looking for a place where your dog can sniff to their heart’s content while you kick back and relax? You’ve found it! Our spacious, dog-friendly yard is equipped with cozy seating, a hammock for lounging, a raised dog bed for pup naps, and plenty of toys to keep those tails wagging. We’re a four-dog household ourselves, so don’t stress about poop—we do a full clean-up every evening. Just bring your pup, enjoy the space, and leave the mess to us! You’re welcome to come in through either gate—just make sure to close it behind you so no sneaky snouts slip out. Park in the driveway (we’re the stone house on the right-hand side), and get ready for some relaxed, tail-wagging fun!

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. We have two labs that absolutely love playing there, but don’t worry, they’ll be inside when you guys arrive! Will provide water for the pups, dog poop bags and a hose in the summer months if your dog loves water! Come enjoy with your furry friends

April 2025 Spring cleanup has started and it’s looking good! Acorns, sticks & leaves have been cleared and the sunshine will bring green grass! Our landscaper will be by in the coming weeks with some fresh topsoil to fill in holes, level out the exposed roots around the tree near the gazebo and seed those areas. Thank you for your patience as we will have those small areas fenced off, so the seat has a chance to grow. There is still plenty of room to run distances! Safety is our top priority for you and your pet, so please message us through the app immediately if you notice anything that seems unsafe. We are out there daily surveying the areas. I have some single track trails through the woods but the biggest area to explore is along the gas pipeline there's about a mile of space to my north than just about a half mile to the south, there are some spots where it does get soggy more song to the soft if you had no if there's one little frog pond and then you go up a big hill and it's dry

Fully fences large yard . Dog pool and lounge area for you to relax while they play . I have two southern dogs who love their yard and we are happy to share it. My boys will stay inside while your dogs play. My dogs are unable to see the yard from house. Every cent I make from Sniffspot I donate to a rescue each month in the name of my dogs Siren who started the journey and Prada who is the reason I opened my Sniffspot. Kiddie pool is open if you’d like to use it!
