Nice big space to run and play! Tall fencing and private. Fran provides big buckets filled with toys, water and poop bags/buckets along with an entire field stocked with agility equipment. There are also beverages, snacks, radios, cell phone chargers and ample seating for the humans. Fran has really thought of everything to make this a comfortable, secure spot and we just love it here. Super fun and safe. ♥

Perfect, safe spot! Tall, super secure fencing all around and private. A definite must visit on your Sniffspot list! Fran keeps it interesting with regularly adding/rotating toys and activities so Cooper is always super excited to visit. Super awesome place for reactive and non-reactive dogs alike with no triggers whatsoever.

Our favorite Sniffspot. Private, fully fenced and no other dogs in sight. We have been here many times and always have a blast. It's so nice to have our own private park so we can run around and play without the worry of other dogs or any other unexpected hazards. I can completely relax here and Cooper just looooves it. Fran has made it such a fun spot for the dogs with the agility equipment, toy boxes and tug toys and she even thought of her human guests too....there hot tea or coffee, cold beverages, snacks, magazines, shelters to get out of the weather, seating....the list goes on. Just a perfect place and we are so grateful to have it. ♥

As always, Ranch Settings is divine. ☺ Especially on such a dreary day, it is so nice to have all of the shelters and tents Fran has provided and the space heaters to hang out by while my boy is sniffing around and doing his business. Fran is so incredibly thoughtful and I am always so touched that she remembers my Cooper's favorite toys. Really wonderful Sniffspot, still our most favorite. ♥

Words just are not enough to describe our experience at Ranch Setting. You truly have to try it to understand!
We ALWAYS have a great time when we visit. We particularly enjoy the agility field. When we exit off the freeway my baby already knows we’re heading to Ranch Setting, and he’ll start talking with enthusiasm (sometimes he’ll bark or whine).
The drive home is quiet because Chester is knocked out. The evenings are also peaceful because Chester is fast asleep so I get to have some “me” time. 😁
Fran is an awesome Host. She is extremely thoughtful and truly cares about her clients, both human and 4-legged. She always has a Welcome message posted to make you and your pup feel special.
I also do Meet & Greets at Ranch Setting. This way, if it doesn’t work out between the pups, they can still have fun in separate gated and secured areas.

We have been to Ranch Setting multiple times and it is both our and our dog's happy place. Fran is the ultimate host! There is usually someplace dry for the humans in the wetter months and it is beautiful during the nicer months to watch the sun go down over the hill. There are warm or cold beverages if you want one, treats for humans and dogs and the best toys. Our girls LOVE Fran the most! Our youngest, Ruby, can tell when she is getting near Ranch Setting and starts to freak out she is so excited to see her friend and run around. The space is fully fenced so we never have to worry about our dogs having a blast and enjoying themselves. We can't say enough good things about this Spot!

I just can't think of a better place for a Sunday stroll with my boy Cooper...we enjoyed every minute. Cooper loves getting in all his sniffs and picking out toys from the various toy boxes. So much better than an on-leash walk around the neighborhood...Cooper gets to run free, I get to relax and there is zero worry of running into strange dogs or people. This Sniffspot is fully fenced and very secure, lots of toys and activities for the pups and loads of amenities for the humans. Perfect. A+++

FRAN'S RANCH SETTING IS OUR FAVORITE SNIFFSPOT. THE DOGS HAVE A GREAT TIME RUNNING FREELY AND JOYFULLY THROUGH THE COMPLETELY FENCED IN FIELDS. THIS SNIFFSPOT IS PERFECT FOR OUR REACTIVE DOGS - THEY FEEL SAFE AND HAPPY. EVERY TIME. AND THE HUMANS LOVE IT, TOO!

Just perfect. Fully fenced, secure area. Peaceful and private...of the many many times we've been here, we've only seen the neighbors once and they were far from the Sniffspot. Fran has taken such care to keep the space completely safe and fully stocked....there is anything and everything you might might need while you're here and loads of fun toys and activities for the pups. Had another wonderful trip to Fran's sniffspot. The addition of the new shed was wonderful and much needed as we had to protect ourselves from a bit of a sleet and windstorm. Though my dog happily continued to play outside through it all, I very much appreciated the coverage of the shed. We always love to go for our visits.
