Hello! We are excited to share our yard! The unique thing about us is we offer an agility obstacle course and a dog pool (upon request). We do have two dogs that we will keep inside and not visible. You may enter the property through a gate on the side of the house, but we will get more into details when you book :)

This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. Thank you and have fun!

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please consider setting up a private lesson to ensure safety for you and your dog! Info can be found in the last picture in the listing. Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! Roughly 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Northbridge, located on a beautiful vintage horse farm. Please keep dogs leashed at all times outside of the Sniffspot fence. Farm animals are in view. Park along the first fence line on the right of the driveway, and enjoy our nice flat paddock! Please do not come up the property past the garden, we do have cameras for safety.

Closed in training field with agility equipment can be used if you set up and put away. Please use the attached poop and pee area and not have dogs potty on my field.

Come cool off and exercise in our UV-filtered saltwater treadmill! Located in Sea Legs Integrative Veterinary Health, there is no safer place for your pup!

This land was recently left to me by my father and is currently being built up to be a sustainable farm. This summer I am have built a massive greenhouse, will be building a chicken coop and next year start fencing in portions of the land for other farm animals. There is enough parking at the top of on the land where the fruit trees and main house is located for your vehicle. There is also enough of a shoulder where the front property line is for street parking. Come join and enjoy the growing amenities during the week and/or with me and my 2 pups on the weekends!
