Rent safe and private fenced dog parks hosted by locals in Winchester, California

Honestly, I don’t know what to expect because I’ve never signed up for this. A matter of fact, I don’t know if people will actually pay to have their dogs run around my backyard but we love animals. We have chickens we have dogs. We have big dogs little dogs. We have reptiles. I know we are a good host. We’re not going to be mean to anybody I’m willing to add to my backyard. The more people rent. I don’t mind but we have a very large backyard big enough to throw a ball. We have upfront parking next to the gate handicap accessible, we have drinking water. Our home is filtered through a water softener system. If there’s any more questions, please let me know. I think the one photo of my backyard is a good photo. It shows the size the truck is not always in the backyard. we don’t have that truck anymore , we have a table to sit at if it’s too hot we could put it ez up outside And if we really get along, I I really think my wife will allow you to come in talk my wife or I would provide at least nice cold cup of water that is reverse osmosis alkaline I don’t know what to expect from this but you’re all more than welcome. Multiple dogs welcome I promise that yard is huge and more than enough space to have your, fuzzy animals run around

Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 3 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two huge flat lawns, soccer ball, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

Pool is not heated November to April. Come have some fun in our salt water pool. Hourly dog rate includes swimming with their 1-5 owners. Any additional guests over that, please select the large party amenity or I will cancel the reservation Long haired/heavy shedding dogs will need to message me prior to booking to ensure I have adequate time to clean the pool before the next guest.

**UPDATE 1/14/25** Yes!! Thank you for reaching out. I should have updated two weeks ago. My own lovies have an updated yard far from the SniffSpot area and I even have cameras on them 24/7 for your safety and security. Your visits will continue to be safe and secure, which is our top priority. They unintentionally met two visitors back in December, but I found their escape route and updated their fencing. Please continue to visit!! We love having you. **UPDATE 12/29/24** This SniffSpot will be open and available for bookings again beginning 1/1/25!! Thank you for your patience as we block off a few days to update the resident dogs enclosure. They have been unexpected greeters for a couple of guests and our top priority is safety. I will not reopen until I know it's secure. Thank you again!!! We very much value and enjoy your visits and have lots of fun upgrades to look forward to!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! I have almost 4 acres. I have livestock and small animals such as chickens pigs and rabbits water turtles and large tortoises. All animals will be enclosed or fenced off. Your doggo will be able to interact with them through fencing. I have areas that will be closed off but will allow doggo in on leash. This is where I keep my rabbits and tortoises. My place has lots of different areas to explore from a rocky hillside to shade trees with an area to picnic. I have kiddie pools that will be available for the hot dog. Because of the different terrain please be aware the land is unlevel and varies from grass to sand and then rock. Parking will be inside the property. The gate is kept closed. I will open it for you. Your doggo will be full of energy when they get here but will leave here exhausted and happy. And we love the holidays around here so I will have an area decorated for the holiday. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. My property has 2 large trees and 1 smaller tree. The turf is rock in the front yard and dirt and artificial turf in the back. Their is shade in the back for the dogs and seating. I have a dog kiddie pool for play, a dog igloo and a large space for play time.
